Great service. Easy to book. Office easily contactable and answered any queries I had. Delivery driver was great to communicate when dropping and picking up skip. Would use again.

Terrible service, ordered a skip from the 12th to the 14th. It’s the 19th and still hasn’t been collected yet, it’s sitting in my family’s parking space in front of our home. Sent two emails, no reply. Went in person to their office and they claimed they would collect it today and they haven’t. Very unhappy.

i have ordered a skip for a few days and the guy that brought it in and collected it was awesome. professional, efficient and quickly in and out. costumer service was a good also just a little confusing on communication and info but still okay.

My bins were not collected on Friday, i was on holidays abroad and sent an email explaining that i hadnt received my bill via email and paid straight away, a lovely agent, Darah, responded to me and told me would look into situation and came back almost immediately and asked if i could leave bins out for the next morning, i unfortunately didnt see email until later saturday afternoon.. went back to Darah and was advised if i could get bins put out on Monday night he would arrange collection on tuesday morning, neighbours put bins out for me, and they were emptied. Darah was so helpful and pleasant and really felt it was above and beyond a normal customer service response .. amazing service .. thank you Darah

Swift and dropped exactly where I needed it

Th delivery and collection was OK, as it turned out. But I wanted to know delivery & pick up times.

The 0818 number was always busy, the 042 number cut off after 22min on hold, my email was not answered. We live remotely and if we are not in, the gate is locked.

If you cannot be contacted, I cannot use you again. Your website did not have a button to register as a new user, either!!!

From order to drop off to collection was seamless. Reasonably priced, and drivers were very professional. Definitely will use anytime...

Easy to order. Bit of a problem with the time of delivery. But in the end it worked out. Best price available.

"Okay" experience.

I hired a skip online late one Friday, to arrive the Tuesday afterwards. I got online confirmation of the payment receipt.
No clarification on when it would be delivered on Tuesday.
I had to ring them up at 11am on Tuesday to find out when it would be delivered.
It arrived at 2pm. The trades people doing work in my house had started work at 7:30am.

While the terms of rental said up to 5 days it wasn't clear if that included weekends.
I was finished with the skip the next Monday and emailed oxygen around midday it was ready for collection. They collected it at 9:30pm that night.

Service was okay, but relatively poor communication about when the skip will the delivered and collected.
These days, modern companies would text on the day or the day before to say your skip will be delivered between the following hours.

It was very straight forward process of ordering online. We filled the skip in one day and didn't need it sitting on our driveway for any longer. We called the customer service and arranged for the skip ti be collected on the following day. Very professional service. 5 stars.

Easy to order, no fuss with the delivery and recovery. The delivery driver was friendly and efficient.

Ordered a skip Monday to be delivered today the Friday , rang today at 3.25pm to query what time the skip would be arriving, she told me she couldn’t give me a time but I was on the evening route. I said brilliant what time do they deliver the skips till , she told me 10pm it’s not after 10pm no skip , no number to ring over the weekend and rubbish sitting waiting to go into the skip. Completely unreliable! My booking didn’t slip through the cracks the lady confirmed my address only by my name! Full of lies joke of a company don’t waste your time ordering a skip from these crooks , quick to take your money and can’t provide the service!!!

After receiving confirmation on line for a skip hire, received a call the next day to say there was no skip available. After extremely poor customer service got reconfirmed.
Ordered skip for early morning was delivered at 2.15 pm. Skip was not picked up on the day which it should have been. Had further bother with this. Honestly hard to even give this 1 star.

as I was pulling bin back in after pick up I said good morning to which I received a friendly hello and interaction about my day....just so nice...a lovely start to anyone's day! Prompt, efficient, friendly service
