Owl3D is a great program
Owl3D is a great program, and the company representatives are eager to keep getting better.
I have a 360 video camera. Previously, the program had a problem with stitching when converting from 360 video. This update to 1.4.7 fixed it nicely.
One issue I had was that after conversion, I could see a sizzle like aurora borealis on the heads of people close to the camera.
This may be a specific camera issue, but they were kind enough to say they'll try to fix it in the next update.
I recently started using the 3D 180 camera, so I stopped using Owl3D for a while, but I'm considering the PRO plan once 1.4.8 comes out to see how it works.

Owl3D is very responsive with any issues regarding license as I decided to change from monthly to yearly subscription, I received immediate refund for the transition. Frequent updates for improvement to speed and conversion quality. Very active in Discord community receiving feedback for enhancements or to address any concerns.

Purchased. this product under the impression that it was a superior product, but it did a worse job at 3d conversion than it's open source 100% free counterpart (search nunif 3d) the free product gives you more control, a choice of models to use for the 3d conversion and more control of the parameters. all 100% free and open source. don't waste your money on this.

It sounds like the initial configuration of Owl3D may not have been the best fit for your particular content. We set a strong 3D effect by default to showcase the capabilities, but this can sometimes result in unwanted artifacts in certain scenes. The quality of the conversion to 3d has…Great
The quality of the conversion to 3d has improved a lot, but because of the amount of memory (hd) spent I stopped using it. EX: In 5 months the program used more than 163tb of my ssd.
If there was a portable version that worked in real time and didn't consume so much memory, it might even be feasible for me.

Leon was great help fixing a billing error I made. The response was professional, prompt and the issue was resolved swiftly. The software itself is fantastic as well; with a very nice depth of field. Its handles complicated textures like hair pretty well and it doesn’t seem to stretch the corners like other 3d rendering software I’ve used.
