Design review did the trick
Designed a couple of custom running shirts for an event. I used the design review system and it flagged up an issue for me to fix. Shirts were delivered on time and look amazing. Would recommend to anyone

No minimum order, that's the key for me, I only ever want one jersey. Designer tool is easy to use, communications are great.
Overall an excellent service, will definitely use again, as long as I can still order just one item.

Really good customer service and…
Really good customer service and delivery service, but sadly the product was disappointing. Poor quality material and sizing not as expected from the size guide. Women's vests had big gaps under the arms as if it were a men's vest.

You know exactly who my daughter is as it's been a constant stream of emails to my daughter and Derick has behaved ridiculously unprofessional. She does not owe you any details or tracking number as we have spoken to our lawyer. The free samples were sent back and actually if you have a quick Google you will see your company shows as misleading.
Funny how manners are so easily shown here on a public place yet via emails you were not exactly as saintly.
SCAM do not buy. They are HARASSING and bombarding my daughter with threats via email over free samples that were sent and she has now sent back. They have sent letters to her ex's house who she has a police matter with , not to mention she had just lost her baby and she made them aware yet still harassed her. She's sent them back and yet again still emailing her. Worst customer service from Derick. Trying to charge her over the top prices for 3 unbelievably bad quality items that were supposedly free samples. They will be hearing from my lawyer if it continues and I will be positing on our socials. DO NOT PURCHASE. Trust me you will soon see it you do that the clothing is not up to standards.

As this review was left anonymously, we are unfortunately unable to identify your daughter's account and can therefore only respond in a general way.
We would like to address your concerns openly and factually:
Regarding the samples: owayo offers free sample kits to potential customers so they can assess the quality of our products before placing an order. These samples remain the property of owayo and must be returned within 14 days — this is clearly stated on our sample order form: "Please return the samples you receive after 14 days, with sufficient postage, to the owayo office closest to you."
This policy applies to all customers equally, and the vast majority of our sample recipients return them without any issue. Our follow-up communication regarding unreturned samples is a standard part of this process, not harassment.
Regarding the address used: We can only contact customers at the address provided at the time of the sample request. If this caused any unintended difficulty, we regret that sincerely — however, we have no way of knowing personal circumstances unless we are informed through our official customer service channels.
We are pleased to hear that the samples have now been returned. If your daughter can confirm this via our customer service team with a tracking reference or proof of postage, we will ensure the matter is closed promptly and no further contact is made.
We take all feedback seriously and are happy to review the communication that was sent to ensure it met our standards. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact us directly so we can resolve this in a constructive and private manner.

Great company for printing personal…
Great company for printing personal cycle shirts, I have had two for the London to Brighton ride in September. Last years was very special as I rode for my Dad after he passed away. Great graphics, well printed that shirt will always be very special. This year’s more plain but graphic on the back and sleeve. Great fit and excellent quality backed up by good customer service. Thank you

The Packaging could have been better but otherwise it was a really good quality. The 3D model was exactly like the shirt. I would like it even more if there would be more choices in the form and the colors. The deliver service was really punctual and i felt save.
