OVH est la pire société avec qui qu'on puisse travailler pour travailler j'ai transféré le nom de domaine chez OVH depuis 2 mois depuis j'ai jamais eu accès à mon nom de domaine on a essayé de régler le problème , il m'ont accusé que ça venait de chez nous et à chaque fois que je demandais je demandais au service technique de résoudre le problème ils ont jamais trouvé la solution j'ai décidé de partir de chez eux ils m'ont pris 2 semaines et toujours pas de transfert possible, je vous déconseille de travailler avec OVH.J'ai donne un remboursement pour un service que j'ai jamais , ils sont pas voulu

I have been a customer of OVH for nearly 10 years. It's a love hate relationship. Some aspects of their service are amazing, but some are just terrible. I love the dedicated servers and VPS. Setup is fast and easy, deploying Linux is very easy and logical.
But domain name service, is terrible. Try setting up your name servers, it's so unreliable and ackward. Many times it just doesn't work.
Documentation is often old or difficult to find.
Pricing is very good, but competition is all around with simillar pricing too.
But for all other reasons it's still 5*.

Prise en compte de ma réclamation CS10615454
Prise en compte de ma demande au service réclamation avec une bonne compréhension des difficultés rencontrées sur le cout de l'abonnement Premium vs Standard.
C'est enfin solutionné grâce à la compétence de l'interlocuteur alors que cela n'était pas le cas des interlocuteurs commerciaux précédents.
Je vais donc garder une bonne image d'OVH compte tenu de la solution trouvée malgré le temps et l'énergie consacrées pour arriver à cette satisfaction.

They terminated my website without…
They terminated my website without proper notice. I didn’t miss their payment since it was set up as a monthly recurring payment. However, they emailed me asking for a manual payment, which I couldn’t check because I was unwell. Instead of ensuring proper communication or providing a warning, they went ahead and terminated the site. I would not recommend their service to anyone. Is this how professionalism works?

Ho switchato tutta l'infrastruttura da Contabo a OVH ed è stato tutto molto pratico e veloce. Avere un supporto che risponde in tempi ottimi è una delle cose che mi mancava. Per ora tutto bene!

My situation was analyzed and resolved positively
My customer account (tr131258-ovh). I have been a client for a couple of years, I pay constantly and on time. But when sanctions were introduced against Russia, I was unable to pay Visa and MasterCard. They continued to bill me on their own for 2 months after they were unable to charge my card. I wrote to support to stop the accounts, but it didn’t help. NOW I wrote to them again in support, and they said that I must to pay 45 Euros on the bills "debt". Petty, inhumane. You have lost a client and respect.
UPD: In a whole week support still hasn't done anything about my situation, no respons
UPD: Nothing has ever changed.
At dashboard ../manager/#/hub/ I see - "€45.98 pending payment"
At My bills ../manager/#/dedicated/billing/history I see "A total of € 45.98 is due for your service renewals." AND

Predatory Terms and Agreements, asking for money after the package has been canceled. Remove your Payment method as soon as you make an account.

Ordered an Advance-1 dedicated server…
Ordered an Advance-1 dedicated server on April 2024. Had a RAM failure in May, an NVMe failure in October and another NVMe failure in November. Whilst the support team have been quick to respond, and I appreciate that things do go wrong, the amount of hardware failures seems excessive for the period I've had the server.
Looking at the specification of the NVMe drives, it looks like they provide consumer grade drives (a "WD PC SN810 SDCQNRY-512G" and a "SAMSUNG MZVL2512HCJQ-00B07" ), not enterprise/server ones as the TBW is relatively low. Beware!

Cumbersome setup, stupid reasons for rejecting orders after they collect the money first, total lack of professionalism . Avoid this, there are much better offers in Europe.

Avoid This Company – No Service Provided and No Customer Support
I recently purchased 7 VPS servers from OVH, and it has been a frustrating experience from start to finish.
Despite paying in full, I never received the service I was promised. Some orders were fulfilled, then removed completely after I had set them up for my clients. Others, they simply were not delivered and the money was withheld and kept by OVH.
I've reached out multiple times via email and phone - each time they say they will get back to me and never hear back.
All recent messages have been completely ignored, despite even contacting key managers & execs within the company.
This lack of communication and failure to deliver the service is deeply unprofessional, and I feel that I’ve been misled. I've given them ample time to respond and rectify the situation, yet they've failed to do so.
I’m now in the process of reporting this issue to Action Fraud and their payment processor. I would advise others to think twice before trusting this company with your money. Save yourself the hassle and choose a company that respects its customers and fulfils its promises.

15 relances contradictoires inutiles insupportables
quand est ce que ça devient du harcèlement ?
Après m’être énervé ici j’ai eu le service client qui m’a assuré que mes services prendraient fin ce 1er novembre 2024.
Entre temps j’ai reçu 10 nouveaux mails pour me dire que je pouvais toujours réactiver mes services.
Et aujourd’hui c’est le pompom, dans le dernier mail qu’OVH m’envoie est écrit
“Vos services seront renouvelés à partir de leur date d'échéance pour la durée choisie,
le temps de validité restant étant conservé “
Je déconseille grandement OVH qui m’a fait perdre beaucoup de temps et d’énergie
JE NE VEUX PLUS JAMAIS DES SERVICES D’OVH
En espérant que ce soit plus clair et qu’OVH arrêtera de m’écrire

Not recommended...
Needed a VPS urgently, as my other host went. As soon as i paid for the order, they put my account under review, and i had to wait 24-48hrs. I soon cancelled the order, and got a refund. I do not recommend this company.
