Actually I would not even rate their service 1 star, but something must be marked here in order to move on. This company is the worst. Placed an order for boat fenders on May 20th, it's now July 22 and no fender. After multiple calls and having a wait time of a minimum of 45minutes i'm told repeatedly that someone will follow thru or the item will be shipping soon. I find it ironic that I wait over an hour for a customer service representative ,but if I press 1 to place an order the phone call is immediately picked up. After my call today I was told that they are on back order. I tried to cancel the order only to told that she was unable to do that and would transfer me to a representative that could and the wait time would be less thru this number....1HOUR and holding. HELP!!!!

I would give this no stars if I could. Order # 9510622026 placed on June 13th. 288.53 charged to my card. One item under 30 dollars was shipped after three weeks. received- quality is marginal but that was to be expected. Other item over $240.00 never shipped, its now 7/22 they want me to review- absolutely can NOT get anyone to answer customer service email or phone number. disputing the charge with my credit card company and reporting to my states attorney general- run, don't walk from this company. I wish I had done my homework.

Terrible company, i ordered a bimini top that i needed urgently. They took over 1 week after taking my order just to let me know by email that the color of my top was not available, and that they would let me know if my item would ever be available. I decided to switch to the only color that they had available, just to find out that they would take another week just to do the shipping of the item! This company lacks seriousness and the customer service is horrible. I will NEVER order anything from this company ever again. Bu the way, i have not received my refund yet.

Ordered boat fenders over 5 weeks ago. Still no word. Called 3 times and after waiting 45 minutes I get nothing but unsure responses. No one seems to know what the story is. Not sure if I would order anything form them in the future!

I bought three life jackets that I needed asap and paid $20 for two day shipping. All items showed as in stock and arriving in a few days. The first item arrived two weeks after purchase, the second item arrived four weeks after purchase, and the third hasn't arrived yet. I've reached out twice because it's ridiculous to pay for 2 day shipping when the quickest item arrived in 14 days and never heard back from them. Won't buy from Overtons again.

Don't do it.

Spend a little more at iBoats and KNOW that you will get customer service and very quick shipping. I bought a boat prop from both companies. iBoats shipped next day. Overton's had to call me for some reason to verify my order, then shipped late and now I can't get them on the phone to return this item.

For returns they require you to call, which is phone purgatory.

I ordered items on June 4th 2020. Items still haven't shipped. Apparently if you don't pay for expedited shipping they state there could be a delay. I understand the impacts of the pandemic; however this is unacceptable. I've tried calling but wait times are longer than 30 minutes and when transferred to a rep I get disconnected. Given the lack of customer service I would not recommend Overton's.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered 4 dock buddy’s 3 came 4th never did but charged for 4 on my credit card. I have emailed them with no response I have called customer service 4 times and been on hold for over 20 minutes before hanging up in frustration. Do Nordic business with this company they will rip you off and never respond to complaints

I ordered numerous items from Overtons.com on 5/8/2020 -- it is now 12 days later since I placed my order, and my items still have not all been shipped from Overtons. Who knows when I will actually receive these items! I have called customer service nearly every day, and they give a different excuse each time I call. Ridiculous that Overtons still has not shipped my items, even though I ordered these items 12 days ago and all of the items I ordered said that they were in stock when I placed my order. No excuse that this company still has not even shipped out in stock items 12 days after I placed my order. Who knows when I will actually receive my items, but so frustrating that Overtons still has not even shipped out all of my items after waiting 12 days since I placed my order (all items said "in stock" when I placed my order 12 days ago). Horrible service!

I purchased 2 gallons of bottom paint which is now peeling off the hull after being in the water for 3 days. Contacted Overton's without response . Contacted the paint manufacturer with the lot # and they stated that the paint was made over two years ago. The paint has a shelf life of up to 2 years before breaking down chemically.

Order placed on March 18. Back order notification received March 20. Several calls to customer NO service assured me the order would be shipping "shortly". Finally on May 5, I was told the item was now in stock and being shipped from a different warehouse in "a Couple of days" It is now May 14 and another call call to Marcus Lemonis V.I.P. Customer Service and I am told, it is in stock and should ship out in a day or two. WHAT ???? That was what I was told on May 8th. Overtons / Gander Mountain/ Camping World Customer care is WORTHLESS. I will NEVER do business with these companies again

I ordered on September 27th and 3-5 business days is not even a reality. Its October 7th, all I got was an email confirming my order with no order number. I've called twice with no answer on when it will be shipped. They just don't know what's happened to my order, they do have my money. At least they are happy. So happy spending my money, they dont even have the time to call,text, email or send my paid for order. This will be the last time I use Overton or Gander for any of my boating needs.

Covermate 300 Trailerable Boat Cover for 16'-18'6" Fish and Ski, Pro Bass Boat

I put this on my boat within 20 mile the cover was already ripped. and at 100 mile it because worthless as a cover it needed to come off beause it was flapping in the air damaging the seats on the boat. It come with a 3 year warranty but big deal, Overton's returns your purchase price but you mail the product back to them first which cost you $19.00. so the warranty is not so good after all. I will not purchase anything again from Overton's because of this issue of me paying to return the product at my own expense

If a new cover is wanted, a new order must be placed.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost, however, you can use any carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) of your choice, just be sure to obtain a tracking reference for your records.

We ordered a water carpet for our sons birthday. $800 purchase and ordered it far enough in advance to receive it on time for that and the 4th of July. This has been the worst customer service experience. No communication at all. UPS misrouted We did not get it on time. When we finally received it it had forklift holes through two layers. Through all this we have spent hours on hold and have received minimal to no communication from them we have had to call them and talk to a different person every time. Sad thing is we bought their good Sam card even though the water carpet wasn’t part of the discount so we could order from them in the future. Wish I would have read the reviews first...

Ordered a gift card for my father's birthday gift. It never arrived in the mail. They claimed it takes 10-14 business days for a damn envelope with a gift card to arrive. They don't have an email option for the gift card. Finally after contacting them two times they said they mailed out another one. 4 days later and it has still not arrived. Pathetic

Overton's did not deliver what was advertised and sold. They do not pay attention to details when providing support and twice more sent the wrong part over a period of weeks. will not ever deal with overton's again

tried to order four different items but they were out of almost everything. Three of the items were back ordered until mid August. Summer will be over by then. The one item they had took them four days to ship! and thus won't arrive for eight days from the time of the order. This is totally unacceptable. We all hear about how Amazon is putting everyone out of business. In this case it's because they deserve it!!

“Ordered a fish finder via phone with two day expedited shipping. Got a call the next day saying the credit card didn't clear, gave them a different card. Card cleared, everything good. Got on order number. Called after four days, item cancelled. They never called me to let me know. I had made the order so I could take it with me on a trip. I made a huge mistake not taking the time to look at reviews on line. Their reviews are overall terrible. These guys are incompetent at best and dishonest at worst. I will never order from them again.”

Since they were bought out the warrenty and service has gone in the tank. Service people are poorly trained and not as well informed about their product. Last order they got wrong three times then very slow to provide credit and had to wait 3 weeks to get the retuns done.
