I love the cruelty free and vegan color. There are so many to choose from it's hard to pick one color or four. I love using the pink or red for brown hair, those really knocked my socks off.

I have platinum blonde hair so hair color slides off my hair.
My first try with this lilac left very little hint of color so I reapplied to dry hair for 25 minutes and it deposited a decent amount of color. It looks more like a stonewashed blue, which is greying my look. Unlike semi permanent color, it hasn’t washed out first shampoo so that’s a plus.
I’m ordering a couple of pink colors to mix with it and see if I can’t get a pretty lavender color

I love being able to mix it up and not kill my hair! Bright lasting colors, that get compliments whether in sun or shade, conditioned healthy hair and scalp.

Been buying Overtone since 2020 and love it. I recently tried some other brands and realized Overtone is definitely superior. I'm excited to try out some new color blending this time ♥️

It makes my hair look shiny and the color is great

LOVE the color, smell, and lesser toxicity, but it was WORK to clean it off my shower and tub walls so it wouldn’t stain. I would love tutorials or tips for easy cleaning or prevention.

I love what overtone does for my hair. It is soft, shiny, lustrous and I am constantly getting compliments.
Ordering is a breeze and the product arrives promptly.
I only have 1 concern. I desperately need the daily conditioner in vibrant gray (or whatever you are calling it now). Please, please let me know when it becomes available. I will stock up!

I’ve used the vivid violet for years. I just bought a new batch. I finished half my hair with the old jar and opened the new jar for the other half. Because of this I was easily able to compare the difference between the two. Unfortunately the new batch is a different color!! Previously it was a more red violet color. The new batch is a more blue indigo color. Now for the next month I have to pretend that I intentionally made each side of my head a different color. Also the new batch is thinner and doesn’t wash out in a silky smooth way like it used to. I’m very disappointed in the change. I loved the red violet color and how silky it made my hair feel.

My delivery arrived on time and was packaged differently than the last time I ordered. All was in good shape except the curl reviver. The spray bottle was damaged and product was leaked at bottom of paper bag envelope. They promptly shipped out another bottle but it was packaged in the same way and unfortunately arrived the same way but the cap was completely loose and over 2/3 of contents was leaked out. I am not sure if this is due to vibration or air pressure, because the weather where I am has only just begun to get cold and was still in the 70's in October. I was able to put the two bottles into one with working sprayer. Customer service was very responsive and was taking my pictures and concerns about the damage during shipping to their fulfillment team. Overall, I am very impressed with this company and their service. I love their conditioning color masks and love all the color choices. I only wish they would offer the smaller size in the new teal color to try out first. I still ordered the teal 8oz size more recently and waiting for the order to arrive. The wink eyebrow/mascara is fun and buildable-I bought the purple. Love it too!

I absolutely love Overtone!
Doesn’t smell bad, leaves my hair soft.
I can add more color to my hair whenever I want or just let it fade out.

Took 6 weeks and multiple “lost packages” to get less than what I ordered. I was not offered any discount or expedited shipping for my trouble. They sent 2 packages through USPS although they claimed they were having an issue with that carrier. By the time they finally sent a package via fedex, the items I wanted most were out of stock. They don’t list business hours on their website and the do not follow up to check on the status of customer service issues. I will NEVER be buying from them again. Products are grossly overpriced as well

My order for a duo set was incomplete; only the conditioner came, though I was billed for both. My email to customer service went unanswered, but the company did resolve the issue by sending the missing mask at no charge.

No one has contacted me back it’s been MONTHS
You continue to illegally charge my bank card after I have removed my card from your system for not fulfilling my order to the correct address

Your product is so easy to use. I get so many compliments on the color, it’s looks so soft,l love the color!It hides my gray very easy and it makes me feel younger! I have been using your product for 8years

Send the customer a confirmation email with their order number and items. Send the customer an email when product has shipped and if you say it arrives in 10-12 days, stick by that. Do better. Customer service needs help responding faster
