I would recommend this company to anyone that has the unfortunate task of having to purchase a casket. I just recently had to purchase one and they were amazing. Because of a federal holiday,my husband and I had forgot the banks were going to be closed. We ended up being able to access our money at literally the very last minute (1pm)before the shipping would've been the following day,which would've been too late. In a panic,I called and a actual person immediately answered. She calmed me down and checked, then reassured me that it would be delivered in plenty of time. Several days later,I received an email from them. The email was full of sympathy on my loved ones passing and also had a check list of things that that will need to be done,just as a gentle reminder. That check list really helped. If that isn't enough,the beautiful casket that I chose,was a FRACTION of the cost of the ones the funeral home had on offer. Even with the shipping fee,it still was a third of the cost of the other ones. I absolutely will be recommending overnight caskets to anyone that might not know you can order them online. I can't recommend them enough!

I ordered a casket and paid via Paypal for $1176.99. However, it did not ask me where it should be shipped, so I called them up to learn I'd have to pay $200 for expedited shipping. OK no problem, except they had no way for me to pay just the shipping. They ended up canceling the first order so I could reorder, but the reorder would not go through as the Paypal button on their site was now taking me to a non-working page. We tried 3 credit cards and could not get it to go through, so I said nevermind. Turns out their paperwork says they refunded me $1158.29, keeping $18 for themselves. I called back, asked for rest of the refund, and got the runaround, so I had to dispute it on PayPal. However, as of today, there is no record of a refund so far on Paypal and the money has been withdrawn from my bank account! Another call to them went unanswered and no call back. Very disappointed with the quality of service with this company.

the craftsmanship on casket was beautiful

On Friday, Sept 1st at 8 p.m. Eastern Time, I order the casket for my mother's funeral for Friday of the next week. I paid an extra $150.00 to get 3-day delivery. Meaning under my assumption the casket would arrive Thursday 09/07. I was contacted by the funeral home the morning of the service and told it had not arrived. In a panic, I contacted Overnight Caskets to check the status of the casket and was told the casket was in another state. I was told since Monday 09/04 was a holiday and I missed the cut-off on Friday (which I knew) the casket would not arrive until Friday (mid-day) as the 3 day expediated service started from Tuesday 09/05, and 3-day service means 3 days after the day they get the order. This caused a huge headache as the open casket had to be canceled. After many tears that morning the funeral home allowed the use of a loaner casket but would not allow the body to be placed in it. So no one except close family knew that my mother was not in the casket. 5 hours after the service the casket did arrive. I never saw the casket but I am sure it was beautiful but I missed seeing my mother one last time at the service. Had I known that the holiday affected the delivery I would have paid even more for 2 day service. I understand that Overnight Caskets could not do anything about it once the process started, but I do wish the website would have stated due to the Labor Day Holiday casket delivery may be affected. I did not reach out to Overnight Casket again, I probably could have asked for a refund for the expedited service but the entire ordeal has been too much to deal with.

The on-line service was great. Quick delivery. This made it easier to deal with other items for my sisters funeral. Delivery was quick. I tell everyone to go through overnight caskets it’s quick and easy and more affordable. The casket was really nice. Everyone kept complementing on the casket on how beautiful it was. I was able to give my father a beautiful memorial service for a reasonable price. The money I saved n my are it possible to use the funds in other aspects of the service.

Delivered on time at funeral home. Wish you could order an overnight vault because that is the other racket in the death industry. $1500+ for a basic concrete vault is robbery.

The customer service was great. All reps were very friendly. The casket looked fine and the gold handle accents were a good choice. It took longer than planned to arrive at the facility though and the lids didn't look like they fully lined up when closed (off just a bit). Overall, we were satisfied.

The ease of ordering a casket on this site is amazing. So much going on during this time of sorrow, that it was nice to have something that wasn’t difficult to do. Also, as far as caskets go, the one we ordered was beautiful. The family was very pleased with everything.

Fast shipping, great customer service and follow up. The casket we ordered was solid wood mahogany. It was beautiful and we were proud of it and comforted to lay our loved one to rest in such a beautiful casket.

The Casket was good and met the description. It was cheaper than the funeral home. I found the name to be misleading. It’s not overnight, and it cost extra to arrive in 1 business day.
