If I could give no stars I would. This is a scam website. I ordered slippers over 3 weeks ago and the tracking still shows it in NY with NO movement for 3 weeks. I sent an email with no response. After some research, I found many others with the same experience. I am working with my bank to report the purchase as fraudulent.

Stay away. It's a fake website that will take your money 💰 and then send you a fake shipping label and never send what you purchased from them. I'm still fighting to get my money back. Buyers beware. I don't understand how overhalfsale are still allowed to prey on people on the internet.

Don’t fall for this “company.” They will steal your money and you will not get the product you ordered. Some dude named Arie will email you back that you can’t cancel your order because a shipping label has been created. This is all a farce. They are thieves and this is a scam.

I agree with all the other reviews and my experience was the same. I ordered Uggs for my granddaughter on December 12 and tried to cancel my order immediately after reading reviews. A form letter and tracking arrived twice. It was a dead end. Package never arrived. They do not answer their phone, ever!
Notified my credit card company on Dec.26 and started a dispute.

Do not purchase from this website, it’s a scam! I ordered some Ugg slippers for my daughter for Christmas on 12/9/24 and they never arrived, despite being sent multiple fake USPS tracking numbers that still show product never shipped after several weeks. Customer service is terrible, only generic answers. I eventually called my credit card company and reported the charge as fraudulent. Hoping I get my money back…

Wish I had read the reviews before my purchase! Ordered Ugg slippers for a xmas gift on 12/9. Given shipping tracker that takes you to an app. At I point received notification that shoes were coming separately from different sites, then “ preparing to ship’ No response to email. No legitimate phone #. Call your credit card company snd hope for the best.

I purchased Christmas theme postage stamps online from this company on 11/14/2024 in the total amount of $27.47. These were purchased specifically for use in mailing numerous Christmas cards to friends and relatives. Today is 12/27/2024 and I have received nothing from this company, not even an email response following my email to them asking about my order.

This Website is a scam... bought shoes on 12/4...have not receive my item it's 12/23. They have no one answer the phone... computer generated responses. Terrible customer service no tracking on your packages.

I placed an order with OverHalfSale on on December 12th and immediately realized I needed to cancel it. I contacted customer support the very same day in less then an hour , but received no response. After sending three follow-up emails over the next three days, I finally got a text from them on the 15th late at night saying that delivery of my order may take 7 to 10 business days and due to high demand for their products, my order would take additional 7-10 business days to process before shipping.

When I pointed out that I had contacted them right away to cancel my order, their response was that a shipping label had been created for my order, which apparently meant they could no longer cancel it. However, it will take them between 14 to 20 days to ship my order + shipping time but printing that label will be immediately so you can't cancel and now what kind of product will you receive with untrusted company like that if you ever get it.
It's clear this is a common issue, as many other reviews mention the same problem: long processing times, poor communication, and no proper way to cancel an order.
and of course a company like that not part of BBB.
and yes they don't take payPal because they don't want anyone fitting the payment throw PayPal.

I would not recommend OverHalfSale to anyone just run away scammer . I’ve had nothing but issues with their customer service and will be looking into a refund through my payment provider if this is not resolved soon.

Bottom line: Terrible customer service, unresponsive support, and no respect for cancellation requests. I’ll definitely do whatever it take not for the money only but because people work hard for these scammers to take there money.

I ordered shoes in 12/3 and have not received. I reached out to them and then they sent me a text from an internationally phone number asking for my address and credit card again. Uh no! Lost $136. Don’t fall for this!!!

I ordered an item on November 30. Today is December 13 and I’m still waiting for it to ship. Tried to contact them with no response either by text, phone call nor email. Tried to get a refund on their automated system, it only offers replacement, no refunds. Filed a dispute with my bank. SCAMMERS!!!!!

This website is so sketchy. They say they take 7 to 10 days to process an order... This does not include shipping time. So I emailed them to ask him if the product shipped. They said no. So I asked to cancel the item and then they responded that it did ship. I did not get any tracking number. In what world does it take 7 to 10 business days for an item to ship? Unless they're sourcing products from abroad and basically selling items they don't have.

My order was never sent, no one returned my call, your email is incorrect, I asked to have my order filled or my purchase price refunded, No stamps, and since I can not contact anyone, I think any positive feedback is phony. and this site is just a scam.

No tracking info available, item says in stock ready to ship. Email says a package is on its way and still no tracking information. Shop app does not update properly or show correct information. Very frustrating.

Stamps arrived quickly with no problem.
