I purchased a "Bundle" from Hostgator web theme update link, but not only can I not update the header and footers (PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home1/tlohfhte/public_html/wp-content/themes/business-consulting-pro/functions.php:716) in /home1/tlohfhte/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1453)
But I only received 112 of 125 themes that I paid for and no one will reply to why. Themes are useless if you cannot update address or phone numbers in header and footers....

Well i am happy to change the rating based on the license. I was under the impression if we picked the bundle as an agency we would get unlimited websites but when we install it just says limits to 10 is this correct. BTW the these are great

This is the first time I bought a pro theme, and I'm very disappointed: there's no manual, there's no freedom to change fields as we like.. After several emails my website is still not online because all this issues.
Now I my want my money back!

I was expecting silence from them regarding a small css issue with one of their themes, but was pleasantly surprised when I had a support team response within a day.

These guys have horrible customer support, after purchasing their products you are required to manually contact support give them login credentials so they can manually activate it on their part. Their products are not full featured and comes with bugs and activation keys that do not work. Support takes anywhere from 3 days - 1 week to get back which is not acceptable when trying to run a business.

I regret ever giving them a chance, this is the last time I will purchase a product with no refund policy from a small company. The reason why they have no refund policy is quite evident now. They are trying to get business while doing the most minimum work possible. Hiring an amateur wordpress developer is cheaper than doing it yourself with this company.

Do not ever do business with a digital company that doesn't offer refunds. This is a 100 dollar lesson I learned.

No Support
The theme is not functional. Support does not respond to email requests.

The support is slow and I did not like the service at all. They do not seem serious. I faced a problem with one of the templates. It was not activated. I waited two weeks and did not solve the problem while communicating with them.

I bought a theme called Electronic, but it didn't work. I was unable to save my work after trying to customize the Theme. I am unable to change their logo to mine, both in the header and footer sections, and other issues. I sent an email to their support center they never got back to me. I wouldn't recommend anybody to buy this product or any other product from this company.

I purchaes Ovation Themes and got a key but can't download the theme. Contacted support by email and also by chat. No help or not willing to help.

Small issue, asked support. Fixed!

Unfortunately, there are no minus 10 stars.
The purchased theme is riddled with errors. Although the support was provided with detailed error descriptions including log files and admin credentials, the only response was a reply: „Hello,We have reviewed your website. Can you please update your PHP version and let us know? Thank you.“
My answer: „In addition to my previous mail please be informed that I have set the PHP-Version to 8.2 (ea-php82)”
I haven't heard anything from support since then.
It is also strange that there are neither company details nor an address nor a phone number on their homepage.
The request to send an invoice was also not complied with.
It now seems to me that the whole "company" is just a paper tiger.
