Great Service shame about the whopping price increase
Great admin and carriage experience, this joist was vital as a mid span support on the roof of our new ShedQuarters, otherwise the 50% price hike since I last purchased these joists only 4 months since would have obliged me to look at an alternative supplier

Sorry about the price increase, if I'm to be picky I would just point out that the increase was actually 23.5% rather than 50%, so hopefully a bit more acceptable :) Price increases are not enjoyable for anyone, but I've no doubt you are aware of raw material cost hikes over the last year, and aluminium is certainly no exception. Great job from the Ovaeda team
Great job from the Ovaeda team. I've been installing my patio over the past couple of weeks and the versatility of the Ovaeda system has really impressed me. Due to access constraints I would have massively struggled to get materials to the patio location if I was doing a conventional 'wet' patio, plus I've been able to build the height up to exactly where I wanted it, with ease. The response times from Ovaeda also brilliant, whenever I've needed extra materials these have always turned up early the next day so that I can carry on with the work.

Great Company
Fantastic Porcelain product which was was delivered on time, the care taken in protecting the porcelain whilst in transit with the packaging was spot on, I say this because being a Landscaping Company we too often get poor packaging which invariably means broken products which is a headache to sort out more often than not. Great communication from the guys in the office throughout. I will 100% recommend this company.

Have found that working on the boards in very hot weather can cause the boards to burr a bit more, just take time and all good.

I am having trouble deciding on a colour no problem to the "team"they keep sending the samples royal mail first class with a free pen and choc. when I do decide there will be no delivery costs. only company I can find with completly solid decking

I came across OVAEDA late in my Decking…
I came across OVAEDA late in my Decking project and I wish I had found them earlier, I really was messed around by some other suppliers. OVAEDA on the other hand were a pleasure to work with. Within 5 minutes of placing my order they had sent me confirmation and a delivery date.
They kept me well informed and the delivery was quick & on time. When 1 of my items was damaged in transit Aaron sorted the issue immediately. I would certainly use them again
