We only ordered the sample composite panel and slatted cladding, with is provided and shipped to the customer at zero cost.

Very impressed with the stylish packaging , quality of the samples, and the free pen and kinder bar !

A great first impression of the Ovaeda company ethos.

We are planning to order the cladding for our project.

Excellent company. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. May not be the cheapest but the products are first rate and the service they provide was worth any extra cost over some others we contacted (those companies seemed only interested in the sale, not the project).

Of all the samples I requested Ovaeda seemed the best. I only discovered them by accident as I wanted to buy the Ryno self levelling pedestals/joists, of whom Ovaeda are a sister company. Ryno put me on to them.

Armani in sales was very good at helping to plan my design and order requirements.

It was not without issue. The balustrades I ordered took too long, arrived broken and were not compatible with the brackets supplied. The supplier of these was clearly not of the same quality. That said the way this was dealt with by Ovaeda made me completely happy with their service.

Overall a great experience and built a solid, long lasting deck. The Ryno products are very good in particular.

Item arrived as ordered, very quickly, with free delivery, excellent.

Upon ordering this product and pre delivery I felt this was a very professional service worthy of the price but sadly upon receipt of the composite decking the packaging was a massive let down very thin cardboard set through delivery company never less there was multiple damage marks on the boards luckily I managed to either cut out or hide most but very disappointed won't use again if it was a cheep product them would have expected this .

Ovaeda were very competitive on price, and delivery was quick and painless. The adjustable decking pedestals are excellent quality, and very robust.

Really good quality paving which looked even better than the sample .
Tiles were extremely well packed for delivery and there was no wastage at all , tiler reported they were the best tiles he’d laid .
Customer service was excellent too .

I purchased paving pedestals from Ovaeda to lay 60m2 of porcelain paving tiles on patios around my house in Aberdeenshire.
The installation went well however the result is a disaster.
The porcelain pavers were laid level on a recommendation from Ovaeda and they retain water to an extent that there are puddles on the patio on each tile. The surface tension on the flat tile surface prevents any drainage despite there being no grout to stop water run off. I spoke with the technical people at Ovaeda and at no time did they suggest there would be a problem. They advised me to lay them level too!!

I’ve now got 3 patios with 20m2 on each that turn into ice rinks in winter!! This can’t be a surprise.

I’m disappointed they push their products without full disclosure about the downsides!

I’ve spent months trying to resolve the situation and fortunately I found a solution which isn’t offered by the supplier.

Very poor, they talk a good story but do not have the expertise or experience to back it up.

I would never recommend using pedestals for porcelain pavers in any environment where excessive water retention on the pavers could be an issue. ( Basically any where in the Uk with freezing temperatures)

Just a heads up before you purchase these items.

The product looks exactly what I was hoping for, so I’m going to order it when we are ready with the garden ground work.
