We are a Building & Landscaping firm that would normally buy paving from our local merchants, but Ovaeda had a better selection for our clients to choose from. Everything went like clockwork- Initial small samples were free to order, followed by us ordering full size samples for the clients, followed by the order turning up to site when requested. Couldn't ask for more, the Ovaeda team were really helpful from start to finish.

Great product, logistics are a barrier being based in Aberdeen - means getting order right is very important.

Our project has been over 18 months and c£5-6k the service has been impeccable and any errors of delivered product were quickly sorted at no cost to us - even some surplus / unused clips were refunded without issue albeit a few months after purchase - we used pedestals for the patio and metal framing / composite planks for deck which kept getting bigger and needing additional orders - but no problem for these guys - in short I had reservations of a pedestal raised patio but glad I was persuaded to go ahead - product is easy to use/ adjust/ cut down - I would thoroughly recommend this company and its products😊

There was an issue with the first order where several boards had been chipped in transit, as well as many more appearing to be stained.
I rang them straight away and took pictures and they had no hesitation in replacing them which is excellent service.
Where it fell down is sending the replacement boards when I had to wait 3 days in a row for a delivery that didn't show, which would have been acceptable if I had been notified in the morning, but there was radio silence, so I had to wait in and change plans unnecessarily. It took me to chase, eventually directly
with the courier, to get confirmation they were actually on the truck and on their way.
Aaron and Armani were very helpful throughout the process, but aside from the replacement boards, I still ended up with 20% more boards than I needed. It could have been my measuring, but I would advise you to calculate your needs in detail plus about 5% extra.
So great product (my builder said it is some of the best he's worked with), great customer service but given it a 4, because you're only as good as your delivery service, and Ovaeda have been let down by their 3rd party partners here in my experience.
