A bit difficult to filter and sort product results, at least from Android phone. Otherwise great site. Many products in stock that aren't available elsewhere.

Sorry for the late reply on this!! We appreciate the feedback as we want to make sure ordering and searching for products on our site is easy and with no stress.
We recently re-developed our shopping experience as well as added over 60,000 products to the site. Although that seems like a lot to navigate - the categories and search feature works well now.
Again - we appreciate any feedback - good or bad. It helps us grow as a business.
Thanks so much!
Jason
Fedfx

Excellent service
I purchased some inflatable life jackets through Walmart. The wrong product was delivered due to Walmart’s systems not being up to date with the vendor. Outside the docks contacted me directly and helped with the issue and getting the product I needed. They kept in contact with me via text until the new life jackets were received.

Thanks so much Glenn! When technology works, it’s great - when it is broken - it stinks. We need to compensate with great customer service. I really appreciate the review! I hope you enjoy the products…

I'm Impressed with this company
I was a little leery before ordering from this company as I had never heard of them before. However, they are for real and offer great products at a more than reasonable price. I'm satisfied with the service and will be using them again when it comes to buying more gear.

Hi Caleb - I apologize for this - there are definitely supply chain issues and items sell fast. Please feel free to reach out to me and see if I can make good on this. Customer service is the most important thing for us and we want to make sure that we handle every order professionally and make sure all are happy with our products and services.
I placed the order on 9/23
I placed the order on 9/23. I needed and expected delivery prior to 10/02, the opening day of bow season. I received it late in the afternoon of 10/02. No problem with the product but it took 9 days to get to me. Don’t know where the issue is but you asked so my problem is with the length of time from order to delivery.

Hi Freddie - Yes - we ask because we want to streamline our business and make sure we can resolve issues that you have mentioned - and we really appreciate you taking the time to let us know. We apologize for this delay. It seems the carriers these days are having some delay issues. For example - Your order went from UPS - then transferred to USPS which possibly cause the delay.
Thanks again - and if there is anything we can do to regain confidence us, please feel free to reach out.
