We purchased a shark 2 pump in 2021. Have used it less than 40 times. It started acting glitchy last fall i.e., it wouldnt turn on or turn on than stop. We suspected a loose internal connection. I finally contacted the customer support and stated that I knew this was outside of the 2 year warranty but thought that they might be able to fix or something. Response was very AI ish implying that they couldn't do anything, and thought it was at the end of its service life! which means each pump cost us over $3.... They also said they had "thoughtfully considered" (yeah, right) whether it was a loose connection but decided that was not the case! SIGH....

I recently bought the new outdoor master shark 3 mini SUP/Kayak pump direct from outdoor master themselves, as its the latest model it was only available from them at the time. The first thing i noticed was they had a 15% off on there website which definitely got me excited as i had read good reviews about there rechargeable pumps. After addding this to my basket and going to pay i noticed the price come down with the discount and then shoot back up and showed estimated Taxes, so before i purchased these i got in contact with Outdoor Master themselves to find out what was going off with the price because i was being charged more than the advert was showing.and i thought it was a UK site because it was showing in Pounds Sterling, as it turns out its not a UK its actually a .com site in America and depending on your country VAT has to be added at the checkout 🫤, here's where this company really started to impress me, i mentioned that it really would be a great idea to show on there website the fact that VAT will have to be added at the basket depending on country ect and they agreed and are going to me doing this on the routine site maintenance update 👍🏻, they then offered my an additional discount as an apology for the confusion, this really suprised me because you just don't find companies like this anymore. I didn't stop there either, unfortunately there was an issue with the delivery (Not there fault) the fault was with Amazon shipping which is the company they used to deliver to parcel, the track info with Amazon is shocking when an item is not bought from them directly, i had no updates from them i had to go looking myself for any info 👎🏼 (again this is not Outdoor Masters fault) it was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday which would have been fine, i checked there site at about 23:30 on the Friday night to see if there was a rough time for delivery the next day only to find out the it apparently had already been delivered on the Friday without any updates or notifications ect, as it was going to myums address as i was away she checked everywhere in every possible place and there was nothing, she even checked neighbours ect and still nothing. So i contacted Outdoor Master and they looked into it for my and there was photo proof of postage but not for the right address, Outdoor Master were right on it and very quick to sort this problem out, they arranged a replacement pump be sent out as early as possible due to shortage.of stock which is understandable. Ive had almost an email every day from them making im ok and updates ect about the replacement pump, i honestly haven't seen customer service like this in absolutely years, this is how a company should be run, i cannot fault them one bit, the second pump arrived with no issues and still im getting emails to make sure im happy. I will definitely be buying from them in the future. The pump itself is incredible and the hype people give them is 100% justified, on my first use I've inflated a 10'9" wave SUP to 15psi which was rapid in 6 minutes and a 2 seater Sandbanks explorer kayak all 3 chambers to 12psi in 5 minutes and i hadn't even used one bar off the battery, i also deflated them with the pump to make sure all the air was out and after that i had just used my first bar of the battery. This pump is rated to inflate 5 plus SUPs to 15psi consecutively without stopping, and honestly I believe every word of it after using it for the first time, a unique feature to this pump is it's calling system which allows it to do five pumps consecutively without overheating something you just don't find in other pumps. This is an absolute powerhouse, incredibly easy to use also has three presets settings for inflatable mats paddle boards and inflatable kites for your paddle boards, one thing I do like is the fact that you can set this in point on PSI increments not just a half PSI at a time like most pumps are. If I had anything bad to say about this pump it would be these two things, firstly it is a very loud pump I've got to say but it is a rapid inflate so I could understand why, you have to give and take at the end of the day and the trade off in inflation speed against the noise is justified, my biggest niggle with this is for the price you pay which is expensive I will be honest you do not get any sort of case or bag to store your pumping with the attachments and hose, which did frustrate me I will be honest, for something this premium and this high price it really should come with a carry bag or carry case, I certainly do not want this rattling around in my kayak bag all my stand-up paddle board bag with the attachments and the hose rattling around either getting damaged, this is something I will be bringing up with the company. What's apart from that this pump gets five out of five all day long it is an absolute beast and worth the money 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I’ve had one of their pumps for a few years when it suddenly stopped working. I contacted them to see about a reset procedure, and with out and pushback the offer to send me a free replacement. Had it within a few days.
I’m very impressed with their customer support and the product.

Good communication and good customer service.

Bought the shark 3 mini sup pump and unfortunately part of the screen wasn't working (pumping still going strong). Contacted customer service and they were amazingly efficient to sort me out a replacement. Responses were fast and clear and they seemed like they genuinely wanted the best experience for the customer.

The pump is very very good. You get the usual noise from a pump of this kind however due to the speed (6mins for a 12’8 board to 19psi) you don't have to lisen for anywhere near as long as competitors on the market. Is a solid design, useful features and easy to use all in a relatively small package. Just have to wait and see if it stands the test of time.

I bought their Shark 3 Mini SUP pump and it is the fastest pump I have ever used. It stopped working after a few uses (possibly a defective unit). Customer service was quick to respond and offered to replace it after a short email exchange.

Effy, Iris, Tracy, and the Outdoor Master Team put my faith back into customer service!

I placed my order and crossed my fingers that USPS would deliver my product on time. When it became clear that USPS wasn't up to the challenge, I made a phone call to the customer service number but there was no answer. To my pleasant surprise a gentleman (I regret not writing down his name) called back within a few mins to help me out.

The team did everything they could within their control and it seems even things that were out of their control. Just when I thought I as at the mercy of the USPS lost package tracking system I was thrilled to see my package sitting there (a week late but arrived) when I got home from church.

Now the product - SHARK 3 Rechargeable Electric Sup Pump.

I couldn't wait to try it out. I plugged it in to give it a full charge and within five mins my NRS Thrive 10.8 was ready to float!

I'm gonna do my best to wear it out!

I ordered the Shark Pump Mini 3 from Outdoor Master and there was a shipping issue but they very promptly and efficiently corrected the issue and got a new one sent out free of additional shipping charge. Customer service is a priority for me so along with one of the best products on the market, the company has solid values.

Great pump for our SUP, so quick and easy to use. Very pleased that we bought the Shark 3.

The exchange experience was okay (given a questionable return request procedure), but the follow-through was exemplary with a pleasant, prompt and speedy size exchange of a great product.

I really like the service and product with outdoor master. A few years back I bought a shark2 electric pump and had been great with pumping my paddle board. A few weeks ago I emailed them for help as the charging wasn’t charging properly and they respond back so fast and replaced my electric pump with a new one. Would definitely continue to use their products as the after service is amazing. Highly recommended.

I purchased the Shark 2S and several months later it had some issues. After talking with customer service they determined it was unrepairable and they replaced the unit with a quickness!! Great customer service and happy with their product!!!

I contacted the customer service as I had a problem with my pump within its warranty. It was dealt with immediately and a replacement pump was sent out very quickly- no hassles no fuss, just excellent customer service. All emails were answered quickly and efficiently. Thank you for making this easy and I absolutely love my pump too!

Superb product (high performance Shark III SUP pump), responsive and helpful customer service (helped expedite delayed delivery). Competitive BUT note prices do not include tax until checkout (and don't state this). This results in Google search showing OM prices to be less than they really are. It is hoped that OM correct this, as is misleading.
