If I could give less than 1 star I would. Do not buy from them. I bought 4 shirts 5/9 and was strung along by poorly templated “customer service” emails for weeks. Only to have half of my order show up 7/13. Then I had to submit a claim for the rest of my shirts... that I already paid for... months ago. Not to mention the shirts feel like sandpaper. I could have literally printed the same pictures off the internet and ironed them onto a Hanes T-shirt and had a better, less expensive result. Save yourself a headache and find a retailer with a better reputation and follow through.

Disgusted w/ horrible customer service. Placed order 5/23 and still have not received it 52 days later. Excuse after excuse, 10 day shipping then delayed shipping to 6/16. Here we are 7/14, order still isnt shipped!

Sure didn't delay charging my account. Will never do business w/ this company again.

The windchime came packaged to protect it and once open it was as beautiful as pictured when I ordered it. It is well made, and the sound is amazing. Love it and highly recommend it and this company.

I absolutely am not happy with your company. “Shipping” was unbelievably slow and would have been faster if someone would have walked across the continents and hand delivered it. I reached out several times and all you could do is tell me it’s out of your hands and to wait for the shipment. I filed a complaint with PayPal and will be filing with the BBB. I should have looked at the reviews online instead of the ones on your Facebook ad. I doubt you will keep this review up here but rest assured, I will post it along with all the other negative reviews your company has been receiving online. It should never take weeks on weeks to ship out t-shirts.

First time customer. I was happy from the time I saw the shirt offered, the ordering was great, I checked on the status once and got a clear message as to where the shirt was. The shirt is very good quality and my husband loves it. I will be ordering more from you and will tell friends about Outdoorloverstore!

No stars, they are a fraudulent company scamming people for money. You will not receive merchandise or refund. Beware they suck, customer service lies, they are just stealing peoples money

Actually no stars. I never got confirmation of my order and unable to contact them at any of their contact points. Then I read all the negative comments so I imagine I will never get my shirt. No more ordering on line from these sites😡

I placed an order and They took the money out of my account immediately and never sent me a confirmation email with order #. I've tried calling and emailing but they won't do anything without an order#. BUYER BEWARE! Do Not Order From Here. This was supposed to be a fathers Day gift and I still don't have it!! The website keeps telling me they have no record of my order!!

I think it is time for all of us to file a complaint with the BBB. I ordered a shirt 10 days ago and the status of my order hasn't moved from PREPARING TO PRINT. I will call today and if I get no satisfaction will file complaint with BBB and post that complaint on every social media platform I can. Tired of people getting ripped off! They sure didn't wait 5 minutes to take that money from my account!

Still waiting for my order. I email and keep getting the same response. My order was supposed to ship 5/28. When I call keeps saying my order will ship in 5 days. 🤔That’s been for the past 2 weeks. Beginning to wonder. My original order was placed 5/6

My order didn't take long to come in and I love the product. Well my husband loves it cause it was a gift for him.
