Ordered a roll of cable. As it turned out it was not held in stock but received no communication until I chased it up via phone call since there has been no response to my various emails. When I followed up after 4 weeks I was told it would be another 4 weeks. That time passed with no further communication so I cancelled the order via another phone call. Each phone call requires an on hold wait time of 30+ minutes. So 7 days later I had to follow up again as refund has not been processed. If you actually want your items and value your time then don't waste your time with this company.

Ordered a tent-fly on 10/08/2026. It is now 2/09/2026. My last email requesting a delivery date has not been answered.

I ordered a $500 caravan cover that was supposed to be in stock but after several phone calls emails and 6 week later was told another week i cancelled the order than it took 3 weeks to get my refund I will never deal with this company again

Do not buy from this site.
I found the wait time extremely long. The staff are trained to be obstructive and dogmatic in dealing with any complaints.
I requested to speak to a supervisor & was shuffled around with no useful outcome.

Got an email about 7 days after ordering (which was very generic) stating that the Garmin product I ordered wasn't actually in stock, and would take until mid to late September to arrive from the supplier.
I emailed back asking why? no reply.
I emailed again asking for a refund... no reply.
I ordered the same product from Garmin directly, and it arrived in 2 days.

DO NOT BOTHER!

Ordered 3 weeks ago. Item still not arrived.

I feel so sorry for the poor staff that have to answer the phone, i imagine they get nothing but upset customers.
I have called weekly looking for my goods that were "In
Stock", usually waiting about 45minutes on hold. People that answered the phone were great BUT unfortunately even through thier efforts, still no goods.

Will be asking for a refund for my undelivered goods.
I imagine if these guys continue this level of service, they will not be around much longer.

Update:
Has been 1 week since my refund paperwork was processed by Outback Equipment STILL nothing refunded to my bank account yet.
Lodged a dispute with the bank.

Purchased caravan wheel chocks at the start of August - no sign of the chocks and no reply to my emails - when you call them there is always a high volume of calls - I am now of the opinion they are scammers - I cannot think of any other reason for ignoring me.

Been waiting for almost a month now for the parts I ordered and paid for. Emailed them and no response as yet to that. If a business cannot deliver, they should be honest and upfront and say so, not take a persons money and make them wait for so long that a planned trip with the caravan had to be cancelled because the parts to repair it had not come yet.

Ordered some cable, waited a month, only to call up and find out they were expecting delays of a 2-4 weeks for the next shipment from the supplier (gee.. thanks for letting me know).. so I waited another month, called up again, and got told the same thing! I wish I'd known 2 months ago so I could have bought it elsewhere! Thanks very much for wasting my time.

0 communication, 0 accountability, wait times of up to an hour just to speak to a real person. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Ordered some Chairs from Outback Equipment the chairs were not in stock and did not arrive, contacted Outback Equipment they said they would send a refund which I still have not received, They don't answer there phone and I was on hold and never got to talk to anyone, They are not replying to my emails any more. Do not buy anything from this SHONKY business

Don’t go there! It took 9 weeks to find out no date for delivery! All the time I followed this up the backpack was still listed on their website for sale - delivery in 3-4 weeks (Pigs freckle I say!)

Incredibly poor service - items still havent arrived, after ordering over 3 weeks ago. Didnt make it in time for my camping trip, so was a bit of a waste (and i still dont have them). I emailed the customer service contact - zero resposne after 10 days.

Awful customer service. Placed an order for Dometic gas stove. Waited for 4 weeks, no shipment, no refund as requested by multiple emails. Filed a fraudulent transaction claim with my bank. Beware of buying from them...

I ordered on line and three weeks later still no delivery. I rang to be told the item was not in stock. I was told I would be refunded and two weeks later I am still waiting for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

I purchased a water filter set up for my Caravan while travelling in remote areas where fresh water is not easily accessible. We work work supporting report communities and volunteering where needed across Aus. Unfortunately Despite paying top dollar for these items, I have still not received. I received order confirmation however did not receive tracking info. After 2 weeks I attempted to call customer services was on hold for an hour then the call ended advising me to send and email. I emailed my enquiry. No response received for over a week and only after I sent another email. They informed me that they did not have stock in house at the time and did not have an ETA on the product. So they took my money knowing they could not fill it. I emailed again asking to cancel my order and for a refund of the total cost. I did not receive an email back and after 3 days I called again, sat on hold of 1.5hrs and finally got through. The lady apologised said she would request a refund from their finance team and pending the outcome it might take 3 weeks to get my money back. This is looking like a 7 week turn around from the initial order. I have ordered the product from another supplier and it arrived within 2 days. Will not be using this service again.

Bought some recovery points online Recieved email after a while saying they cant fulfill the order untill late august.
And would refund my shipping if i wanted to wait.
Way to long to wait so i ordered from another company and recieved them within 48 hours.
Im now chasing a refund.
They havent refunded me and now they have gone radio silence on my emails with no contact.
And dont answer my emails.
It seems that they are great at selling stuff they dont really have in stock.

I placed order n 16 April 2026. The order was subject to repeated supplier delays, and after those dragged on a refund was agreed.

That's where it stalled. On 12 July I followed up because no refund had appeared. On 21 July I was told it had been "escalated to our Finance Team for urgent reconciliation" and that a remittance advice would be emailed once finalised. Four weeks after that escalation — and four months after the original order — I have received neither the refund nor the remittance advice, and no update at all.

Every response has been a reassurance with no substance behind it: no processing date, no payment method, no reference number, no remittance advice, and no follow-up when the promised update didn't arrive. I've had to chase every single time.

What bothers me most is the mismatch. Payment was taken instantly. Returning that same money has apparently taken more than 120 days and counting, for an amount most businesses would refund without blinking. Whatever is happening internally, the customer shouldn't have to keep re-escalating their own case.

Do not buy from this company! They're a total scam. Website shows items in stock but it's not.
We waited 6 weeks for a van cover and kept getting the "delayed from warehouse crap" lucky I paid with Afterpay and they would get my money back. The ACCC needs to close this company down!

Would have to be the worst online company I have had to deal with. They do not respond to emails and calling their 1300 number is a waist of time - They do not deserve 1 Star - worst (non- existent) customer service. Quick to take your money and when items cannot be supplied delay giving you back your refund.
