Amazing dentist
Me and my friend both came for crowns and we were delighted at the care we received. We were picked up in vip transfers from airport and to and from the dentist with the driver even taking us to old town after our appointment so we could do some shopping. The hotel provided was lovely it was an apartment in a great location. Our patient coordinater was sanem and she was amazing throughout. I would like to say a huge thank you to our dentist Pinar who was amazing as I had a panic attack about the numbing injection and she was really caring and reassuring and patient. Teeth are absolutely amazing and I couldn’t recommend enough! I am so glad I made the decision to get them done. The whole experience was pain free with minor sensitivity.

What an amazing professional dental…
What an amazing professional dental clinic. All the staff are welcoming, speak very good English. They Explain all the procedures to you step by step, very hygienic, from the start you have xrays, photographs, if any extra work need carrying out. (Root canals) or tooth extractions they do it really well and I personally was pain free. They provide pain relief for afterwards, mouth gels and mouthwash and also night time guards to protect your teeth if you grind your teeth etc. Also they provide you with a 5 year guarantee. What more could you want. You get the best treatment right down to transfers to and from the clinic each visit and also to airport. Price was reasonable as you want the best outcome.

My experience with our dentist abroad has been amazing, staff are very welcoming and friendly. From the moment we got to Turkey to the time we left we had full communication, full support and understanding what I wanted tailored to my own desired smile and they delivered on giving me the most beautiful smile I could ever ask for. Nothing short of Amazing
What an amazing experience of dentistry!
I went back to have my implants fitted and I was so impressed with how I was taken care of, yet again, after my last visit. You are always greeted with a smile and made to feel like one of the family and I felt sad when my treatment was over as I would not see them all again 😑 I have to give thanks to all the team and especial thanks to Gulhan for looking after me, throughout and Pinar my cosmetic dentist, you were amazing, you were so empathetic and amazingly gentle! Sorry for those of you I never got your names but thank you all for making this an amazing experience!
If you are thinking of using this company, do not hesitate, do it and I promise you will not be disappointed!

my treatment started over a year I had 4 Implants top and bottom.
I had scans to see if my bone was strong enough and was told 100 percent it was so I went ahead with the treatment.
I went back 6 month later and 2 had failed I had them redone and was sent home again.
3rd visit again 1 had failed sent back home for another 3 months.
4th visit I finally had my teeth put in that was early this year.
Couple of month later I had an operation on my face due to a fracture to my cheekbone.
Then after 4 months of having my teeth in they came out eating and cracked.
I booked a visit to go back to get some new ones put in as they was under warranty.
I got to the clinic in turkey to be told they wasn't covered by the warranty because I'd had an operation and the surgeon had caused a problem to make my teeth unstable.
That would never happen from a top surgeon in the UK.
MONEY MONEY MONEY
that's all they want.
I've now been to a new dentist and they say I have to have all the work redone as the work carried out was VERY VERY poor work.
They kicked me out and laughed at me.

We would like to clarify that the information shared in your review is completely false and misleading. We have full documentation and camera recordings to support the truth, including footage of your inappropriate behaviour towards our staff and other patients at the clinic. We absolutely will not tolerate the defamation of our clinic.
Firstly, the failure of your implants was clearly due to poor oral hygiene and not following the aftercare instructions we repeatedly advised. On multiple occasions, we found food residue between your implants, which is unacceptable and directly affects the success of the treatment. You know that we have helped you free of charge even with problems that were not caused by us. As you may know, proper aftercare is a globally recognized requirement for implant success.
Secondly, when you reached out to us stating that your teeth were broken and wanted to come back, we kindly informed you that if the issue was under warranty and caused by us, we would absolutely fix it free of charge — including covering your flights and accommodation. This was communicated to you clearly and can be backed up with messages.
Thirdly, when we explained that two nights and three days would be sufficient for your treatment, you insisted on staying for 7 days and bringing a friend. When we offered to help find alternative flights and arrange accommodation based on your treatment duration, you responded with extremely rude and demanding messages , using phrases like “You will pay,” “You will do this,” in an aggressive, commanding tone. You insisted that your friend’s stay must be fully covered.
And, when you arrived, we discovered a metal surgical plate inserted into your jawbone ( you did not even mention that before you come and we asked about that many times ) a type only used after facial trauma or fracture surgery. You initially denied knowing what it was, but when we pointed out it could only have been placed after a jaw operation, you changed your explanation and claimed it was due to an unrelated “eye surgery,” which makes no medical sense..
Moreover, the damage to your dental work was the result of an external impact, which is explicitly not covered by the warranty, as clearly stated in our policy and standard across all clinics globally. If trauma from a fight or accident were to be covered by warranty, then anyone could damage their teeth and demand free treatment — this is simply unreasonable and not how warranties work.
You also verbally abused and threatened our team members ( even to our driver ) shouting and using profanities in front of other patients. You explicitly stated: “If you don’t fix my teeth, I will leave a bad review and ruin your reputation, you’ll see.” All of this is recorded on our clinic’s cameras and can be presented legally if needed.
Despite our kind and professional approach, your unacceptable and aggressive behaviour led us to end your treatment. We treat all of our patients with respect and go above and beyond to help — but we will not tolerate threats, lies, or abuse.
Due to your defamatory and dishonest claims, we are now initiating legal action to protect the reputation of our clinic.

I came to our dentist abroad very nervous and anxious not knowing what to expect. Upon arrival the staff were lovely, especially ours patient coordinator Sanem, she made me feel very welcome and talked me through everything from start to finish!
My dentist who was called Can had been amazing throughout, he’s was very friendly and helpful making me feel very comfortable throughout my full time here. His work is unbelievable and has give me the smile I have always wanted. I couldn’t thank Our Dentist Abroad enough and would fully recommend to everyone!!

Very well organised and professional. Everything was taken care of for me and the staff are brilliant and helpful. The dentist name is Pinar and is excellent and Sanem the patient coordinator very helpful and delightful.

Had the best experience with our dentist abroad from start to finish as a whole it was all that I expected and more so polite and professional and caring my doctor liner was amazing she was very understanding when I had some concerns and made me feel completely comfortable and confident that I could be honest if I wasn’t sure at first and now I’m so so happy with my new smile it has changed my life and I can’t recommend them enough. Irem sanem and gulhan were all amazing with me very sweet and polite. As a whole my experience was brilliant.

Great experience, amazing new smile!
I had the best experience with Ourdentist Abroad. The whole process was very smooth from my consultation in the UK to the week spent in Antalya. Staff were very helpful and I felt well accommodate throughout the whole process. The doctors are also great at what they do and talk you through every step! I was able to make any changes I want throughout the process with no pressure.
I love my new smile and will absolutely recommend Ourdentist Abroad to all my friends and family!

My experience with our dentist abroad was amazing
I was a little scared and nervous about having the procedure as you read all kinds of stories other people have been through, however I don’t think I could have made a better choice. From start to finish my care was amazing. I’m not sure of the young miss in the clinic who speak English very well she’s got ginger hair, amazing she is so lovely she never left my side, always pleasant and always had a big smile.
That young miss made my experience.
The dr was amazing he was gentle and very caring for my needs he also discussed what he thought I needed after shaving down my teeth and upon return to get my new smile he was caring kind and considerate about the amount of pain I would be in.
Overall I rate Our Dentist Abroad 100/10.

From the beginning with my advisor Gulhan she was so helpful with information with route to get my job perfect smile. We spoke for months before plucking up the courage to book. Everything was so easy and even booking or upgrading my hotel to make it as holiday/cosmetic experience. I was picked up in vip transfers to every appointment and from the airport and home time . My dentist was lovely and attentive and asked me a lot of questions of what my desired look was . I changed my mind and he helped me advising he could make my own smile to my taste. My mum & I went together to get crowns…
My mum & I went together to get crowns and were inlove with our new teeth, we've had so many compliments about how natrual they look. Our Dentist Abroad took great care of us, they attended to our every needs and even accommodated my baby girl. The whole experience was fantastic and very professional from all the staff.
