Brilliant product, brilliant service, brilliant delivery.

The item arrived next day and was well packaged and like new. It is exactly as described in terms of spec. The only issue was that it arrived in test mode and I didn't have a password to get in. Meaning I had to put it in recovery mode, do an online recovery, open it in Catalina and then reinstall latest Mac OS (which worked fine tbs) then and only then could I install my backup from time machine. It should have been supplied to me ready to setup as a new machine. Took a lot of time and hassle but there's nothing wrong with the machine, delivery and chatting to someone online before purchase was easy.

My old 27" iMac had given up the ghost, still working but no longer supported, and starting to get very tired. I did some checks online before buying a refurbished one. I loved my 27" so that's what I wanted again. The reviews on Ourdeal looked great but I've been bitten before so I rang them to check if they really existed and was surprised by the service I was given. Once I'd ordered it, the delivery was the next day! It is absolutely unmarked, looks in perfect condition and I couldn't be more pleased! All emails to the company have been answered immediately and positively. I have only had it 6 days at this point but all my checks have come up good. I'll be sure to edit & update this review if anything changes on that score but, up to now, so far, so good. Great company to do business with. Very pleased.

Excellent product (Apple IMac) at a really reasonable price! Super happy with this company & wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! Their customer service department even answered the phone to me on Boxing Day to answer my query as I’m not very technical and needed help setting up!

I recently purchased a MacBook Pro from OurDeal.co.uk which arrived promptly. This was due to my IMac finally giving up on me. Hastily, I looked on line and found OurDeal. Due to the cost of Apple equipment, I was keen to purchase reconditioned hardware and found OurDeal to be competitive. It turned out that my IMac was repairable and therefore, I no longer required the MacBook Pro which OurDeal refunded me without question. I purchased an iMac 27” slim core i7. Delivered well packaged within a couple of days although didn’t receive any notification of delivery date. After setting up the iMac noticed in the spec it was actually an i5 not an i7. Contacted Ourdeal who were happy for me to return it, as I had already set it all up and was overall satisfied with it decided I would prefer the £100 difference in price between an i7 and i5 refunded. Ourdeal refunded my £100 within a couple of days.
I am every happy with the iMac and good customer service.

The iMac turned up pristine condition. Through my own fault we had ordered the wrong one. We got in touch with Ourdeal they explained what to do for returns. I return the iMac and the refunded straight away. Very good company would use again.

Hello again. Recently I gave a 5* review for OurDeal. I was completely happy with both their service and product.
However, the IMac came with a tempting free software offer if the purchaser gave favourable comments on TrustPilot.
The software was rubbish and would not load, I was advised by OurDeal to contact their help desk. This I did and was requested to pay £1 for initial service. This I stupidly did and after giving my issues was left hanging for 15 minutes when I ended the call. Today I find I have been charged £40 by the said software company. I cannot get back in touch with them unfortunately. So the Fraud team of my bank are now on their heals. Beware people, all that glitters is not gold!

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong computer. The team sorted things out really quickly with non nonsense. I sent the computer back, they refunded the money no problem and I bought the correct one.

These people are outright crooks. I bought a Macbook Pro back in 2023. Sadly this machine I was only able to use a handful of times. At the time of purchasing I was told it was a 2018 Macbook Pro - later I found out the body was 2014 and the keyboard even older. In fact,the mousepad and the back light was no longer working along with five keys after only a handful of uses.They refused at Ourdeal to even take responsibility for their product. I have a memory of paying for an extra warranty but was still told but over email that it was no longer valid. Ourdeal do not seem to have a record of this warranty. I've lost £650 and I'll be contacting Consumer Rights as I've been cheated out of a lot of money. Disgusting treatment - these people should not be in business.
90% of me not happy of with it!

I was looking for a refurbished Mac Pro book laptop and I found it easy to make a good choice. The laptop looks brand new, no scratches and in great condition. I also had the laptop in a couple of days with free shipping. I am very happy with my purchase.
