Hardware failure after 5 minutes and terrible warranty support
"I bought an Ottocast N95 directly from their website. The device froze during navigation after just 5 minutes of use and then died completely. It won't power on even with different high-quality cables and power sources.
When I contacted support, they admitted it's a hardware issue but demanded that I pay for the shipping costs back to their warehouse for a replacement. The shipping cost is almost the same as the price of a new device. This is unacceptable for a faulty product that died almost immediately.
Very disappointed with the quality and the 'warranty' service. Order number: O190613
