I just got done with filling out my info on their site and it never gave me a quote it's just a glorified redirection link Platform. And they Collect all your info and sell it. Not shocking but they didn't do what the said so its not earned.

Hey, I noticed in one of your ads that you faked being on the Joe Rogan Podcast. Don’t do that. Lying to people about your popularity makes you look immature and stupid :)

This platform is a Joke!!!!!!! They provide your information to all the car insurance companies and agents. Then your entire couple of days will be ruined. Multiple people will ask you to reconfirm everything once more. After all the hassle, the best deal I got was $800 more than my current car insurance bill for next six months.

I was looking for homeowners insurance and put in my information. I have received 50+ calls and 25+ emails from firms asking the same information I imputed. Some asked for SSN. I have spend 3 days marking numbers as junk.

Before I could even finish answering the online questions...the phone calls started. Within 1 hour I received 10 different phone calls all from different numbers. Some left messages and were from various insurance companies. After 2 hours the call number was up to 17. Ridiculous. I don't have time to answer all those calls let alone spend time talking to each one. Once i finished filling out the forms a company was selected for me (All State). I was redirected to their site to provide additional info only to be told the quote couldn't be completed online that I would have to talk to an agent.

This people only want your information…Never provide a rate. Be careful

Poor customer service tell you that you can get insured if.you haven't had car insurance for 11 months and then hang up on you that is rude and unprofessional

Otto quotes: Here's what you need to know: 1) They ask for your telephone number.
2) They ask for your email address.
3) You cannot get quotes for insurance premium prices without 1 & 2.
4) if you give them your phone number you're going to get hassled.
5) The company can plainly see that their review score is 2.9 and they STILL refuse to make changes to their methodology.
6) To make this legitimate: Do NOT ask for personal information and allow interested parties to enter their auto information and as a result of ONLY THE CAR INFORMATION, provide a list of insurance companies and their premium prices.
7) Without this change, you're taking advantage of the public by promoting SPAM. Spam is the bane of our existence. Bane = misery

I got a life plan, didn't know where to start. They made it easy.

The site was easy to use and cut my bill. Would definitely refer and use again.

Got some calls but it was worth it because it helped me get a better plan and save on money

Saw and ad on YouTube advertising a "New" Insurance company that was offering lower rates in my area. So, of course I clicked the add and put my info in. Because it's about time there was a "New" insurance company. But no... All they did was sell my info to every insurance company with 50 miles of me. And I was inundated with calls and text for over a week from all the "not New" insurance companies that have already ripped me off for years and every one of them quoted me double what I'm paying right now for insurance.

Don't get me wrong it brought up another insurance company, it's more like a search website than an actual insurance agency, it brought up some other companies but a lot of their info gets sold to other companies for spam in email & phone services. Have to go through a lot of unsubscribing now and filter through calls

Filled out allo information asked for then was transferred to some guy who asked me the same questions I just answered.
In turn, I was transferred to yet another person and started all over again!
Finally transferred to an actual agent-State Farm, who quoted me $400 more than I am now paying.
No thanks!

And I've received three additional phone/spam calls.

After moving to Florida, I was dreading the process of finding affordable car insurance in a state known for its high premiums. However, Otto exceeded my expectations. Just saw a YouTube ad and reminded me about the experience I had a couple years ago. Unfortunately their ads are very misleading when advertising a cost per month insurance policy for a young 20 year old driver. In one of their ads it shows what seems to be a young teenager paying 23 dollars a month for car insurance. This is just not the case, it is an example of false advertising. I am aware they are only a comparison service but this methodology of advertisement is untrue and can be very misleading.

$&/t! There needs to be a zero rating. These jerks take your info and sell it. You’ll receive hundreds of calls from misc entities. DO NOT use this comparison service.

Waste of time and they sale your information.

Scam! Do not fall for it. As soon as I attempted to get a quote I was bombarded with 20 phone calls that I did NOT authorize. That’s just the tip of the iceberg, to make it worse the phone calls have not stopped days later and there is no true way to view a quote online, every phone call takes ALL of you ur info over again. This is a joke.

Garbage company, absolutely worthless..if you are looking to simply save on auto insurance and get some online quotes this is not the company for you. If you want to be immediately harassed with a trillion phone calls before you even finish the form from everyone and their mamma and text messages then these guys are it! Have fun with that! And if for some reason you get decide to call into their “customer service” to let’s say have your info removed from their data base, good luck with that! The first girl mumbled some generic script to me, and hung up without asking me any of my information so how the heck is she planning on removing my info from their data base without my info the next lady precedes to tell me she assumed it was for the number I dialed from, and that she was probably sensing my energy. I’m sorry, what? Not true, how would she have known, didn’t know e everyone in this company reads minds and are psychic, but if it was true, since when does that give someone in a customer service position the right to assume my information, had she even attempted to actually do what I requested her to do she would of known that my phone number the one I called from should not even be on their database, it’s my work number. So she didn’t even intend to do what I requested…the Second Lady precedes to lecture me about how I should and shouldn’t approach situations, and basically how I need to check my frustration with the company she is getting paid to represent and take calls from both happy and unhappy customers at the door, and I don’t know perhaps take some tranquilizer or smoke so illicit drug to mask a normal human response to being blown up then blown off and finally talked to like some toddler in preschool by someone my age or younger who is supposed to be trying to deescalate, but instead chose to antagonize and be condescending to me! Again, NEVER AGAIN!
