Otter Windows Anmeldelser

Had all our windows replaced throughout the house by otter windows. Minus the issue with one being wrong size and pegged back the install a few weeks (which turned out not to be the case whatsoever).

Cannot fault Ian & Chris who were lovely chaps and very clean, prompt and professional throughout. Debbie was brilliant throughout considering she was ill for over a month.

Highly recommended 👌

I called John Capon as I had two faulty window locks. He came over promptly and was able to fix the locks there and then.
An excellent service. Thank you

We dealt with Otter Windows recently, as we needed a repair to our front door, an external UPVC door.
We went to their showroom in Exeter and the member of staff was very helpful and recommended a visit from a senior member of their staff, John Capon. He came to our house, assessed the situation, and said he thought he could sort out the problem, and duly did so. We were very impressed with his experienced and professional manner, and would not hesitate to recommend him and his company. Thankyou.

John Capon from Otter Windows goes truly above and beyond in advice and assistance. We wanted a new door to solve a problematic letter box that the suppliers were unable to resolve. Unfortunately our door size is way outside the normal height and therefore a replacement door was out of the equation. But John was not deterred and set about removing the letter box with a replacement that the original door manufacturers were unable to do. Result, job done! The cost... free of charge! We are considering a conservatory some time in the future and John's professionalism and knowledge will certainly mean we will be returning to Otter Windows. Thank you John!

Truly a great local company combined with great after sales service. Had porch and front doors installed a few years ago, after contacting Otter Windows, John Capon a man all knowing in this field, promptly arrived and corrected both problems in a true professional manner. I can not rate this company high enough and have recommended them many times.

I unreservedly recommend Otter Windows. From the time, John Capon made the initial assessment until the final fitting of a conservatory door, window and replacement panel, the response by this Company was most professional. Particularly impressive was the manner in which Debbie represented the Company and the skilled and very competent manner in which Dillon completed the work.

We had trouble with the front door and I phoned Otterwindows and John Capon came and fixed it. I would recommend this Company for prompt attention and found him to be very courteous.

John Capon from Otter Windows came out and fixed a door we could not open.
He went out of his way, nothing was to much trouble.

Left a message on the answer phone yesterday afternoon and John Capon showed up the following day and fixed a dropped door in minutes. Wonderful service.

Was in contact with John Capon yesterday. He arrived this morning & quickly & efficiently addressed the door closure issues on French windows & front door. Excellent service. Many, many thanks!

Needed help from Otterwindows for window that wouldn't shut, and another with a loose handle - both of which were installed about twenty years ago. Spoke with John Capon, who volunteered to call round in twenty minutes! He had both issues fixed in an amazingly short time. Professional, friendly and absolutely outstanding. Highly recommended!
