I love my oto fix evo scan ultra. I have had zero problems with oto fix and I find them to be better than Autel. I can say it’s very efficient, responsive, and will cost far less than other scanners. I love the programming features it’s very ease of use and is fast. Also their customer service is amazing, fast, professional, and courteous.

Otofix products run head-to-head with other name brand scantools, but at a fraction of the price!

My Otofix Evo Scan Ultra has been an amazing product. Its topology and programming features are unmatched. I also have a d1 light that is another good scanner.

I love these scanners they are fairly priced and have great features and support and very user friendly for anyone and everyone to be able to use with little to no setup. Highly recommended.

This scanner is very efficient, at a fraction of the price of competitors offering the same features. The touchscreen is very responsive and the speed is impressive. I recommend it for all DIY enthusiasts and professionals.

Otofix is great, cheaper than autel but the same, great customer service too!

I love my otofix scanners! Found them to have better hardware and work faster than most other brands on the market. If you like Autel software but want a better price point and I think better scan tool otofix is for you.

For the price you cant beat the scan tool. Its also very convenient being able to use just my phone and an app to read codes and also having the ability to search the code directly from the app. For DIY car repairs its great.

The otofix d-1 scanner is a great product similar to the autel but much more affordable it has all the features I was looking for and I would recommend this scanner to any mechanic it is worth every penny

I’ve been using the Otofix D1 in my shop for a few months now, and it has quickly become my go-to for daily diagnostics. If you’re familiar with Autel, you’ll feel right at home—it’s essentially the same powerful software but in a much sleeker, faster tablet.

​Speed: The VCI (Bluetooth dongle) connects almost instantly. I can run a full system scan on most vehicles in under a minute, which is crucial when I’m trying to get through multiple estimates a day.
​Bi-Directional Control: For the price, having active tests is a game-changer. I recently used it to pulse a fuel pump and test AC clutches, and it saved me a massive amount of teardown time.
​Report Management: Being able to instantly generate a professional PDF report and text/email it to a customer is a huge plus. It builds a lot of trust when they can see the fault codes in black and white.
​The Cons:
​Software Updates: The first year is free, but be prepared for the subscription cost afterward. It’s still cheaper than the big-name brands, but it's something to budget for.
​FCA/Gateway Access: If you’re working on newer Chrysler/Jeep/Ram vehicles, you’ll still need the AutoAuth subscription, but that’s industry-standard now.

Whether you’re a serious DIYer or running an independent shop, this is probably the best bang-for-your-buck tool on the market in 2026. Shipping was fast (arrived in 3 days), and the build quality feels rugged enough to handle a few drops on a concrete floor. Highly recommended.

Was in the market for a new scanner since my Autel got stolen but was in a budget. Found the Otofix at a fraction of the price but was very similar on features. I would highly recommend this tool! I would say support is alittle lacking but the tool itself is awesome full diagnostic capability, great price and very good quality!

It worked as good as any other scanner, but when it broke and stopped working I realized the warranty is a joke. The whole process was unprofessional, and at the end they told me to send it for repair to China even though I bough it from US distributor. The shipping cost would be more expensive than the purchase price. They shouldn't advertise any warranty if their warranty is more expensive than purchasing new scan tool. I had a LAUNCH scan tool for many years and never had a single issue with it or their customer care. Since this OTOFIX device didn't last even one year and their warranty is a scam, I'm going to purchase LAUNCH again.

I received the tool and it works well, however don't ever hope to get any help with it. My grandson used it and lost the charger, I emailed them to get a new one and never heard a word from them. Then the auto update feature stopped working. Again I emailed them for assistance (2 months ago now) and have not heard a word from them. Tool is good but service is non existent.

I ordered a scanner, but after three weeks nothing has arrived. The seller has not responded to any messages, and the tracking number has not shown any updates during this time. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.AVOID ,SCAM

i bought update license, didnt get nothing, no response on mail and chat, i have to make chargeback at mastercard

Have a d1 lite and wanted to get in touch with someone at Otofix and have NOT received any response since april of this year.

You can not buy a replacement screen for the otofix D1 plus. D1 PROs ot the D1 Max. So if your screen breaks its not repairable. For a product thats less than 6 months old and they still sell the same model new. What's going on here? Can't give zero stars :(
