Beware! Great marketing but poor quality product. I bought an earring a few months ago and it snapped in half while I was wearing it. Otiumberg have refused to repair or replace it, saying it was solid gold and such a break is practically impossible. Well - it’s not impossible and I even sent the earring back for them to examine. I see in response to another negative review they claim to have a one year warranty but that has not been any help to me. Very disappointed with the quality and the customer service. (PS previously I was a loyal customer - I have had a number of earrings given to me and which I have bought myself. Never again.)

I purchased x3 individual gold huggies for my adult daughter two years ago and she wears them almost every day as her basics. They look clean, classic and stylish.
I hadn’t considered this brand for myself, but after seeing the recent campaign featuring a similar aged person as myself, coupled with the good quality and sturdiness, I am tempted…

Excellent customer service - lovely designs, stylish packaging and speedy dispatch. Team went above and beyond to help me find the right size for my sister. So excited to be giving her something she really likes. Her collection of stacking rings has started!

Poorly made jewellery. I bought a pair of earrings for £120 in total and one has broken within 15 months. The hoop snapped in the process of me taking it off due to it being made out of a cheap flimsy material.

I was only offered a 15% discount (suggesting it had lived 85% of its life and is only meant to last 18months) and the lady from customer service was dismissive and near impossible to get in touch with.

This jewellery is NOT long lasting at all.

Would reccomend this company to a friend without hesitation and give it five stars. A small business run by two sisters who care very deeply about the quality of customer service and their jewellery. Understated elegance. I own four pairs of earrings and a chain. They have helped me when I have accidentally dropped an earring sending me a tutorial showing me how to fix the clasp and also allowed me to purchase an individual earring when I lost one of a pair as I did not want to waste the earring I had . Environmentally conscious, exellene customer service and beautiful pieces. A company that takes pride in their product and cares deeply about their customers. Support small business.

I bought two of the Twisted Thread Rings in gold. These rings where intended to be worn everyday and although both beautiful and exactly what I was looking for less than six months after the purchase both rings have bent from wear and one has gone very thin. It’s disappointing especially for the price of them.

Hello, I have ordered a charm from Otiumberg for my birthday. They surprised me with a discount code. The packaging was thoughtful and the charm is even more subtle and beautiful than in the pictures. Also I appreciate that one of their core values is sustainability.
I had some issues with local Customs around the paperwork but whenever I needed extra information from Otiumberg, their reply came promptly.
I'm very happy with my purchase and will be a returning customer.

Hello I got a bracelet from otiumberg for birthday. Unfortunately, it is broken on a connector. So I decided to contact otiumberg and ask for a repair. I got an answer and solutions super quickly. I then sent in my old bracelet and they made a completely new one. I am very satisfied with the customer service. Thank you again

Couldn't find the item I wanted from a major retailer so I went to the company directly. The service was fast and the item arrived soon after.
The packaging is exquisite and a hand written note was a lovely touch too. The actual piece of jewellery is a little piece of jewellery heaven. I highly recommend this company to anyone who loves well made jewellery pieces. Just gorgeous. Cannot wait to purchase more items of loveliness.

I have ordered from Otiumberg (and received a few items as a gift) and they are always outstanding. Delivery is fast, packaging is beautiful and sustainable, and the products are amazing. I have both earrings and rings that I wear everyday and have been for over 6 months - they are still in perfect condition.
I also really like that the products are made from recycled gold and silver - that is really important to me when looking to buy from jewellery companies.

The jewellery is really beautiful but the huge negative point is that I paid extremely high customs duty.. I bought jewellery for 370€ and paid 100€ extra duty! I didn't know that before, no informations about that on the website. If I knew that before I wouldn't have ordered it. So be careful if you order from a EU country - you will pay a lot of duty.

Bought quite a few pieces from this company, all good quality, the service is very good, nice polite people to deal with, nothing too much trouble, always get an answer when contacting them. This is one of the good online company’s, hope this helps anyone trying to make their mind up.
