There was a minor issue with an item being out of stock however the issue was communicated well and the owner went above and beyond to source a replacement, the communication throughout was excellent and it was a lovely personal and thoughtful service. This family based company is new to me and the range of goods offered is extensive. I ordered the summer bunting and a number of the Elizabeth Scarlett coin purposes and wash bag.
The items are unusual, beautifully made and warrants their price which is similar to the high street.
Parcel arrived via first class and all items beautifully wrapped in tissue and finished with a handwritten card.
Finally I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service I received from Bernie, the Founder and her small team.

When an item I ordered was out of stock, Bernie went above & beyond to help me find a replacement (which was even better than my first choice in fact) and get it to the receiver on time.
