Return headline says free returns…for a $76 purchase they first offered $23, then $38, refusing full refund. Please write comments in their insta posts. To watch out….They are scammers

The sweater and blouse are very pretty.

It had been over a month since my order was placed and I still had not received any shipping information or confirmation of the order. I emailed customer service and was asked if I could wait another week to which I responded. No I wanted my items now. A week later same thing asking me if I could wait one more week. I demanded an immediate refund since at that point it had been close to 5 weeks. Their response was a two-word email."Have refunded." Still no refund and no items received.

I wanted to return the pants I had ordered as the fabric was very cheap. Like the other reviews, I was offered $7 or ship back to Dubia at my own expense. They say "Free returns within 30 days" which is not true. You are not able to return your purchase for a full refund no matter what. I would never buy from them again.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars out of 5 was that the shipping was kind of slow, but the clothes are beautiful! I am very pleased. 👍 This was my first order, and recent, so I can’t give a review on durability but based on the feel of the fabric I think it will be fine.

Poor quality clothing and the ads are clearly photoshopped. The colors of the top and pants I ordered are so mismatched, it is unwearable. Beautiful ad, ugly clothing. And now they’re giving me a hassle over returning the outfit. First they offered $7.00, and I could keep the outfit. Then they offered $15. What I want is a full refund of what I paid ($52.99) and I’ll absorb the shipping.

I made a mistake. Yes, my top was delivered Jan 21. I just got the delivery notice today so I was thinking something was delivered today, but it wasn’t. I do have another order from your company I’m waiting on. Thanks.

Love my pants, will get lots of wear this summer out of them. Shirt is nice, although quite see through and sizing is smaller than you would expect. I am normally a size 12-14 so ordered a large but it's too tight.

It was delivered just fine…no problems!

These leggings require a larger butt than mine! Now I can’t figure out how to return them!

Overall the product is pretty and well made, but a bit large given measurements of my body versus what your sizing chart says. I can work with it by tightening the elastic. These are more like slacks on my body.

I got this sweater in about two weeks, and am happy with the product. Its fit is flattering and sophisticated. I will get lots of wear out of it for both formal and casual events.
