Do not confuse this China based business with Orthofeet. Shoes are no where close to the Orthofeet athletic shoe. You will not get a full refund 15% after insisting on full refund. Paid 53.00. You have to pay fullcost to ship them back to China, so I settled for 15%. I cannot even wear them. So disapointed!! Total rip off!!!

They showed HOKA at advertesement and sold their brand shoes. This company is deceving the people. They are not honest. Their shoes is junk. And order came in 1 month even they said delivery is 5-10 days, thats not true. Unqualified shoes $.59.99.I made a mistake to order it but Im sure if I refund it they are not give my money back. Because they are not honest. I will throw their shoes to garbage!

SCAMMERS and what you can do about it.

First of all they are trying to confuse you with legit company Ortho feet (I was).

Secondly, I got the double order scam. They will offer all kinds of tricky discount offers and return shipping to CHINA will be more than $30, Once I saw that I refused delivery and said return to sender (didnt care if they did or didnt, hoped they did so the shipper had to pay).

Third thing is to contact your credit card company and open a dispute for scam, non delivery, not what promised, etc. They will stop payment to the company and give the money back to you. Mine took 2 days.

Now I try to warn people. Bad actors, bad product.

their warranty states that they have an easy return policy within 30 days provided the shoes are in good condition.

I received the shoes they are horrible. They do not fit very uncomfortable. I’m trying to get a refund and they offered me 10% refund on $188 purchase.

This company is a scam. Do not buy.!

They did not ship in the time line. Provided a tracking number through SHOP APP. This tracking showed it was delivered before it was ordered. Went to PayPal resolution and received a refund. A month later I received. A pair of boots cheaply made not my size. A glob of dried glue in the left toe of the boot making it useless. Orthofit informed PayPal I had received the item. PayPal wanted to know if I wanted to return the refund. This is the most annoying company I have ever dealt with.

⚠️ Do not order from Orthofit if you think you might need to return anything.
Their boots took 29 days to ship, nearly consuming the entire 30-day return window before I even received them. When I tried to return a pair that didn’t fit, they refused a full refund and offered only 15% off instead — then told me I was past the return window.
The reason: items ship from China, and return shipping costs more than the purchase price, making returns practically impossible by design.
American Express told me they receive constant complaints about this company. I am disputing the charge and filing a BBB complaint. Shop elsewhere.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a pair on February 5 and I’m still waiting. I just found out that they ship directly from China. Had I known that I never would have ordered them. I tried to cancel but was told they were already in transit. That was a lie because a week later I got an email that said they had just shipped from china. I’m sure the quality will be poor. I should have done my homework. Never order from them! BUYER BEWARE!

i would give negative stars if i could for this company. their customer service is THE WORST i have ever encountered. i ordered boots on feb 6 and immediately requested cancellation. after many days they said they already shipped however could not provide tracking. each time i requested information it would take minimum 5 days to receive a reply and that is IF i received a reply. they could not provide tracking so i said please do not ship. on feb 24th they said they shipped. at that time i asked why they shipped when i've repeatedly asked for cancellation/no ship. today is the 27th, still no response. also no tracking. i needed warm boots for a trip to Tennessee. i live in warm south florida so i bought a pair of boots took my trip to TN, am back home now and do not need 2 pair of boots. in the meantime they took $$$ from my account but no boots and no credit. i personally think they are a scam company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I placed my order Feb 6, 2026, my credit card was charged on Feb 9, 2026. Today, Feb 24, 2026, I have not heard of or received what I ordered. I too thought I was ordering from OrthoFeet, but the OrthoFit website came up. They looked so similar that I didn't notice. Never again

This is a complete hoax. They wanted me to mail low-quality shoes to China in exchange for a refund. I was confused because I thought I was buying from OrthoFeet, but it’s actually OrthoFit. I will never buy from them again.

I cannot get a refund from this company. I finally had my charge card company initiate a charge back on the company. Still waiting for results. I should have checked reviews before ordering. All bad reviews. They don't even have a phone number to connect with them.

Do not order from this company. they are nothing but a complete ripoff and they steal your money.

I bought 2 pairs of sneakers, they were too big and uncomfortable, the bottoms are made of cheap plastic that wears off the first day worn. I paid $42 to ship them back to China, it took 6 months for them to deliver and the company ended up refusing my return and it was sent back to me! So I tried to get a 30% refund because they offered this after refusing my return but now they tell me I can’t get that because it’s past the 30 day return policy!!😡😡😡 you have no idea how angry I am at this company for this terrible customer service experience!! Never again!! Never buy nothing from china just a bunch of scammers!! Do Not Buy Anything from Orthofit or Anything coming out of china!! It’s all cheap garbage!!!

The merchandise is beyond shoddy. If you want to return an item, you have to send it to China, and who knows if it ever gets there, not to mention that doing so is very expensive. Even though the shoes I ordered were sent from Jamaica New York, they could not be returned there.

Useless AI bot customer service responses. Weeks, not days, for delivery - ships from China. Undersize fit. Overstating prices - false discount. BS return statement while making it an unbelievable and costly process to return. This enterprise is doing nothing but operating a cash trap for your dollars.

Takes 6+ weeks to have product arrive. Communication with cutomer service is very cryptik at best. Promises made and then still no product. They uae multiple forwarding services and they all have different stories.
Bottom line buy from a reputable company or locally. Boots are small for size ordered

I have tried to return a pair of boots that are a duplicate to my order. I have written and called and the response has been, "We are reviewing your request". After a month NOTHING has happened. Terrible customer service.

This company refuses to refund for shoes not received. The shoes have more than likely sent back to them by carrier because they had the wrong address. So the shoes I ordered were resold to someone else. They are a scam do not buy shoes from this company

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Chinese Scammers - ordered 2 pr of ladies boots. They were tiny, couldn't even begin to try them on. Totally misleading on ability to return. They keep trying to offer incentives for you to keep a product that you can never use.
I've spent $49 in postage, completed all forms and customs paperwork to return the product to the address I was given in China. In the next email they told me they needed to go to a different address in China. Nothing but misleading and dishonest - NO PRODUCT RETURN SUPPORT.

Buyer beware! This is a disreputable compay ( name play or OrthoFeet which is good). They require returns to be sent to Shaoxing City in China at great expense.
They are shippd from thr USA btw.... Their return policy which is NOT on the website requires returns wihin 30 days to China, certified, shoes must be inspected on return and if "tried on" will be declared unhygenic and no refund will be issued. Save yourself aggravation and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are SCAMMERS !
