Orrock Property Ltd Anmeldelser

We’ve worked with Ross and the team at Orrock Properties twice now and the experience has been excellent. Communication is always clear, they really know their stuff, and Ross has taken the time to guide us through the challenges that come with sourcing good deals. Would happily recommend Orrock Properties to anyone who’s new to the industry or looking to invest with confidence. Looking forward to working with them again in the future!

I have purchased 3 properties so far using Ross and his team. They have helped with finding the properties and project managing the refurbishment works. Along with tenant find once the projects were completed. Great communication throughout, would thoroughly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Orrock Property Lettings. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. The entire renting process was smooth, quick, and completely stress-free. They were always on hand to answer any questions and made sure everything was clear and straightforward. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient letting agency!

Ross presented a deal to me back in November 2024 and i jumped at the chance to work with him. The communication from the offset was clear, precise and regular. The updates we got during the refurb stage were amazing and included walkthroughs of the project at each stage it was at. Best of all though the advice and guidance off Ross was invaluable and I can’t wait to work with him again.

Katie has been most helpful in finding us properties in the North. They are very professional, experienced and helpful agents and would highly recommend. We look forward in continuing to work with Orrock Property Ltd in the future.

This is our 2nd time working with Ross and his team. They provide a great end to end process for effective investments with full communication throughout.

I can see ourselves working with these guys for many years to come.

Working with Ross and his team on the 2nd project now. Completely stress free and great communication. Great guy and great team.

I had the pleasure of working with Ross during the sale of a property, and I couldn’t have asked for a better buyer. From the outset, Ross was clear and communicative throughout the entire process. He approached every step with professionalism and a genuine interest in making the transaction smooth and stress-free for both parties.
I would highly recommend

I found Orrock Property on instagram, I was looking for help getting into rental properties.
After an initial call with Ross explaining our situation and requirements he set about sourcing our first property and very soon after our second.
Ross and his team have been brilliant, from start to finish, they guide you through all the necessary steps and have always been extremely helpful.
I highly recommend them and can’t wait to get started on the next one with them, big thank you to Ross and his team.

Working with Ross has been an absolute pleasure — he genuinely puts people first. From start to finish, Ross and his team ensure you’re well looked after and kept fully informed throughout the process.

Whether it’s the refurb team, lettings, or liaising with agents, Ross provides access to a reliable power team that makes the entire investment journey smooth and stress-free.”

He’s always honest if it’s a deal that should not go through but he’ll try hai best to find you the best deal for your requirements looking forward for repeat business with Orrock Properties

Worked with Ross on buying & selling properties for a number of years. Great communication, honesty & transparency. Great service provided all round, looking forward to the years to come

I came across Orrock Properties whilst looking to leave my house rather urgently for my own safety. I dealt with several agencies in Durham, explaining the urgency, and applied for many properties - most which ghosted me without word after the application. I was losing hope, and was down trodden - then I saw Orrock Lettings.

Upon viewing my first property with Orrock, I was immediately keen to rent with them. From the first call Lynne was open and thorough about each step it would take, and helped locate us a property in the best area and fitting smoothly in my budget. They were open about costs from the first call, and everything was laid out on the table. When we found the perfect home for us, they were aware how urgent it was for us, and we applied on the Saturday and had the keys by next Thursday.

In the 3 viewings we had, Diane was utterly wonderful. She personally showed us each room, different to many viewings we had with different lettings agents who just sent us on our way. By the third and final viewing, we spent most of the viewing chatting about life rather than actually looking! In the viewings, Diane herself flagged any issues she found with the house and made sure to send them back to Orrock to be fixed (no matter how minute).

The house I am renting is wonderful, I honestly think they down-played how lovely of a little house it is - I'm finding more and more things I love about it every day! If you're looking to rent with Orrock, do it! I've rented several properties and Orrock are genuinely one in a million - really passionate people who are dedicated to giving you a fantastic home to live in.

We have used Ross and team twice now, from deal source right through to lettings.
We had used a different company for our first property previous to Ross, so we talk from experience..Ross and team care! They are honest and dedicated. I don’t think you will find a better refurb build team with the process being seamless.
Lettings team work super quick to find tenants and take the time to talk to their landlords on the tenants to fill their properties.
5 stars well deserved

Ross and his team were friendly, professional and knowledgable. They delivered exactly what they said they would, on time and on budget. We received an excellent investment property that will do us proud going forward. We intend to work with them again in the future.

Ross Orrock is Mr. Integrity. As an investor with hundreds of thousands of pounds on the line, the most important thing is integrity and Mr Orrocks quoted figures and timelines are precise as Einsteins equations. He is somehow ALWAYS available immediately. His services extend beyond project completion. The deals he brings are top quality with very reliable figures. Be warned though, he is only for serious investors who want to make serious money, so one must respect his time and match his integrity and honesty. Highly recommened and would do business with him when I can again

I can't recommend Ross, Katie, and the entire Orrock team enough! From the start, their support and guidance with our property has been exceptional. They’ve been instrumental in helping us grow our portfolio, and it’s been a pleasure working with such a professional and dedicated team. Their service is truly 5-star, and we’re excited to continue working with them in the future. Highly recommend!

I have worked with Ross on multiple deals and the level of service is unbelievable.

Ross and the team are transparent, trustworthy and reliable. They take the stress and hassle of property away from me and they will always put my best interests first.

I can’t wait to work with Orrock Property on many more deals in the future!

I’ve worked in the property industry for 6 years and Ross & his team are one of only 3 sourcing companies in the entire UK who I trust.

The level of detail, the values that sit behind the business and professionalism is 2nd to none. I cannot stress enough the importance of working with good people who actually care about the deals they present.

I will be working with Ross for as long as I’m in the property industry. Highly recommend

"It has always been a delight working with Ross, and I would recommend him 100% anytime. I have purchased a couple of properties through Ross, currently on an interesting project with Ross and his team and have never regretted any of them. He is always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and share valuable advice.

Ross is ever-present on the other end of the phone, even outside of regular hours, and never pressures you. I truly admire his honesty and straightforward attitude, always willing to share from his wealth of experience. Working with him has been an exceptional experience every time."
I would highly and always recommend Ross and his team 100%
