Played with this casino used bonus and after a very long time won $650 and checked that I had used up 100% of wagering and now they have suspended my account. I sent a message asking why and I keep getting "we will get back to you shortly" now today it says "back in 16 hours".

I had a terrible experience with Casino Orozino. I deposited money and accepted their bonus, only to find it was impossible to meet the wagering requirements. Despite knowing I had fulfilled them, the progress bar was stuck at 16%. When I attempted to withdraw my winnings, I was told my account needed to be verified. By the time they got back to me days later, I had already lost my winnings out of sheer boredom and frustration—exactly what they seemed to plan for with these stalling tactics.
The second time I deposited, I avoided the bonus to ensure my funds wouldn’t be tied up. However, when I tried to withdraw via Interac e-transfer, I was told it would take several days to process. Those days turned into nothing, and no payout was forthcoming. Out of frustration, I ended up playing the balance back, and of course, it was gone.
This casino feels like a scam with no accessible customer support and tactics designed to delay or deny withdrawals. I have since closed my account and would strongly advise others to avoid Casino Orozino. It’s a shady, untrustworthy platform, and my experience has been nothing but regretful.
*The reason that I gave them a two star rating is because the casino does offer a wide variety of games that I do enjoy playing, despite the fact that cashing out seems impossible.

Beware of this scam casino – I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Orozino.com that I feel compelled to share. After accepting a deposit bonus for free spins, I decided to use my own $35 deposit to play first. Amazingly, I won over $2,000 using just my deposit – no bonus funds were involved.
Despite meeting the casino's 30X wagering requirement on my deposit, Orozino.com refused to allow me to withdraw my winnings. They cited a violation regarding a betting limit, although I hadn't touched the free spins or used any bonus money yet. In the end, they unfairly confiscated my winnings and only refunded my original $35 deposit.
This ordeal suggests that Orozino.com lacks transparency and fairness in its practices. Their terms seemed intentionally misleading, making it feel like an outright scam. As someone who's nearly a platinum-level VIP at Stake Casino and has wagered around $200,000 in bets in 2024, I am not a newcomer to online casinos, yet this platform still managed to trap me with its deceptive policies.
If you’re considering using Orozino.com, be warned: this could happen to anyone who thinks they’re following the rules. Proceed with extreme caution; I would not recommend this casino to anyone. Half a star for Orozino.com – worst user experience ever.
