Great customer service. Jess is so helpful and friendly. She helped me with an order where an item was missing and also helped when my Rewards hadn’t accumulated against an order. Products are lovely.

The one size changing robe they do which claims to go up to size 22 is completely misleading. I am a size 18 and ordered the changing robe. It fits fine as a coat but there would be simply no room whatsoever to use it as a changing robe. I would say this robe is okay as a changing robe for anyone size 16 or below. It absolutely would not work as a changing robe for anyone size 18 or up. Very misleading information regarding sizing.
Sent mine back and bought one from two bare feet which did what it said on the tin
Edit: reply states that this is not a product featured on their website. It is however a product that bears their name and is sold on other partner sites in this case Regatta. Details have been provided.
Re the reply id suggest that you perhaps look into third parties selling items under your name. It has your name on the label, the tag and is listed under your name in their website. I’ve spent the last two days being passed from Regatta to Orla both of whom refused to accept any responsibility. Regatta sell the item and it has the name Orla on it so one of you is responsible and it’s certainly not up to me as a customer to be round as a go between.

I ordered a Tripod cross body bag in the sale and there was a problem with delivery. Jess from OK was onto it very quickly following my email and had everything sorted quickly and efficiently. I'm also very pleased with the beautiful fabric and superb quality of the bag. A very satisfying outcome all round.

I was very impressed with the customer service on my recent purchase – excellent. I ordered an item but unfortunately it went astray during the delivery process and was not delivered. I e-mailed Orla Kiely, my e-mail was answered the same day and the following day, after investigation by Orla Kiely, I was offered a refund or for a replacement item to be sent. The customer adviser, Jess, was very apologetic and very helpful, and I couldn’t ask for more. I have ordered many items over the years and have found the service along with the quality of the items to be first class. Well Done Orla Kiely you set a good example.

I received a bag that turned out to have a minor fault (popper on inside pocket broke apart).
I thought-no biggie, it was in the sale.
However, my bargain driven self decided sale item or no sale item, I couldn’t live with the fault!
I found Jess was excellent at helping me and I soon had a pristine bag and was able to keep the faulty one too! I’ve gifted it to a much loved friend.
Orla is on the expensive side, but I will happily buy sale or full price items as my 3 items are wearing well and I know I won’t be fobbed off-even for a minor niggle.

My sister gifted me an Orla backpack for a significant birthday. LOVE Orla Kiely designs but! The colour choice wasn’t my fave. I contacted customer service to see if a refund for my sister or exchange were possible, despite the accepted return date having already passed. The team, especially Jess, were amazing - promptly responding to all my questions (and there were MANY) on what I could do & how I could return (purchased in Australia, delivered by friends to me in Vietnam, needing to return to Scotland…). It all got sorted quickly once it was returned in the UK. So looking forward to receiving my new bag! Thanks for your help, team!

I have been buying Orla Kiely bags for several years and have about 12 in total, I absolutely love them! I love the variety, design and the quality.
However in April this year I bought a new bag, a type I already have but a different pattern. I hadn’t used it very much as I had had surgery on my neck and back so for nearly 12 weeks I hadn’t been out. We went on holiday to Keswick and after 3 days noticed that the strap was coming away from the body of the bag and was held on by a few threads and therefore not useable. I was so disappointed that I decided to contact Customer Service. I couldn’t believe how quickly they responded to my email and a lovely lady called Jess dealt with everything, she was brilliant. I was offered a replacement or refund and I received my replacement bag within the week of my email. I couldn’t ask for a better service and I will definitely be buying more bags in the future. Just received delivery of an Orla Kiely Larch medium sofa with metal legs. All 4 legs won’t screw in properly and one of the legs is half turned but won’t screw further in or out! As a result we are having to wait for furniture repair rep to come out on Sunday to inspect. Also noticed the seat cushions aren’t reversible and feel this is unacceptable for the price of the sofa. Very disappointed and won’t be buying anymore Orla Kiely products.

Bought a bag in early Jan and then it was heavily reduced so I asked to return it and then I would purchase again on website. I was ignored a couple of times on email. There was a good week window to return and then they took bag off website. I still have original unused bag that I could have had £40/50 cheaper. They should’ve honoured the difference like other good customer service teams. Very disappointed to say the least.

I ordered a pair of curtains direct from the online store but unfortunately they weren't suitable for the room so emailed to return them, noting that they had a free returns policy like a lot of companies. As most people would do I didn't go on to read the 'but' & that 'but' is that there's an exemption & they specifically charge £27 to return curtains !
Not impressed & would not use or recommend
I hasten to add that the very same curtains are on Amazon ( but cheaper ) where I initially seen them & then been signposted to the online store as the size I wanted was not available. As a Prime member there would have been no issue with a refund so this is particularly galling.
Having purchased many duvet sets and items from Orla Kiely, all excellent quality, we were keen to get the 'Sycamore Stripe Bed Linen Space Blue'. It arrived quickly but we have been disappointed with the quality this time, there are loads of what I can only describe as faded marks and lines on the fabric. The standard of the stitching is also poor and not straight. Update following publication of this review, Orla Kiely have since been in touch and have agreed to send a replacement. They have been very helpful and I thank them for dealing with this in a professional manner.

I ordered a handbag and had a bit of a problem with one detail. The lovely customer service helped me out and was so kind and helpful. The problem was solved in no time and I'm so pleased with my new bag, absolutely love it. So 5 stars for both the bag and the customer service!

We bought the Orla Kiely Ivy sofa large in green fabric because we absolutely love the mid century look and feel, and thankfully, we are happy to say, that unlike other sofa's in this style, this one is very comfortable.....
But, there are a few negatives! The one piece seat pad was looking a little squashed along the front edge, we thought we'd turn it to help spread the wear, but soon discovered that it can't be turned as there's a zip along the back and the piping does not run continuously around the edge, nor can you flip it, as there's no green fabric on the underside (to save on cost presumably) and what about removing the cover to wash it?...that's a no I'm afraid! So the seat pad and cover stay were they are.
One other niggle is that we have to constantly push the seat pad back into place as it creeps forward off the base leaving it overhanging the front of the sofa.
