Reliable, professional, and employee-friendly workplace

I have been working with Orion as an operator and dispatcher for the past 4 years, and my experience has been very positive. The management is supportive, and the overall work environment is comfortable and stress-free, which makes it easy to focus on the job.

One thing I truly appreciate is their professionalism, especially when it comes to salary. Payments are always made on time, without any delays. In addition, their salary packages are better compared to many other taxi companies, and the monthly bonuses are quite rewarding.

Overall, I’m genuinely satisfied with my experience at Orion. It’s one of the best outsourcing companies in Pakistan in my opinion, and I would definitely recommend it.

The ORiON’s hiring process UN-OFFICIAL


This company’s hiring process is completely unprofessional and unfair. I filled out their online form and clearly mentioned that I am currently studying, yet I still received an interview invitation. When I explained I had an exam and couldn’t attend at the scheduled time, I was told to come at 1 PM. After driving there and spending time and fuel, the interviewer was unprepared and simply said I couldn’t be hired because I am a student—despite this already being disclosed in my application.

I raised the point that this should have been addressed before sending the invitation, but she dismissed it as “client criteria.” She even minimized the effort it took me to attend by saying “it’s only a 20‑minute drive,” which shows a lack of respect for job seekers. Job seekers invest time, energy, and resources to attend interviews, and this careless behavior wastes people’s hope.

To my fellow students: confirm first whether Orion even considers student candidates, because they clearly don’t care about transparency or professionalism. This is not the standard expected of a UK‑based company, and I will continue to share reviews so others understand how uncompetitive and unethical this staff truly is.

After One Year With Orion....

We met Orion at the Milton Keynes Expo in 2024. At first, we were sceptical and always have been when it comes to outsourcing, but we decided to take the plunge and chose Orion over another company at the event. We felt they were genuinely dedicated to making it work and offered a far more professional approach.

As a very customer-focused company, we take pride in being the best at what we do in our local area, so we were very conscious of the level of service they were going to offer that could meet our high standards.

We initially started with just one agent to help during overflow periods, but within four months that quickly grew to two agents. One year in and we’re now in the process of taking on a third agent, who we’re training not only for telephonist work but also for late-night control shifts—an area where we’ve often struggled with reliability.

There have been many times this year when we’ve been short on office staff due to sickness, and Orion has been able to supply a cover agent with as little as 15 minutes’ notice. On other occasions, we’ve needed 30–40 extra hours per week for a few weeks to cover busy events, and they’ve accommodated those needs without any issues.

I would recommend Orion to anyone looking to try an outsourcing agency. The savings on staff are a great secondary benefit, but the real value is in the exceptional service provided by both the Orion management team and their agents. That, to me, speaks volumes.

Orion: The Seamless Extension Of Our UK Call Centre

We’ve been working with Orion Call Centre in Islamabad and couldn’t be happier with the results. We currently have six operators, all of whom are highly capable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. Their professionalism and work ethic are excellent, and they’ve quickly become an integral part of our operation.

The support from the Orion team has also been outstanding—responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. One of the key things we’ve learned is that the best results come when you treat outsourced operators as a true extension of your team, rather than just a resource.
