The following are reasons to steer clear from ordering from this company:
1) The items were outrageously expensive for what I received.
2) The actual items looked nothing like the picture in the description.
3) Took over a month to receive the items.
4) Ran out of colors in a previous kit I attempted.
5) Customer service is not responsive at all. I have sent at least 3 emails requesting assistance to return the items for a refund with no success.

I accidentally ordered a duplicate painting. They ignore my emails requesting to return it even though their policy says they will help you with returns.

They also claimed to have shipped it out within days of my order but a month later, they finally shipped it.

Basically, terrible customer service. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!

I ordered two items. They were shipped on 4/3/25 supposedly, but got lost in the mail. They supposedly shipped a replacement on 4/30. I don’t ever expect to get the product!

Did receive my diamond painting of the Titanic was short on drills to complete painting. After 130 hours Of work requested extra drills received the same response Like You're taking a risk with your money if you deal with this company. Everybody else have which is nothing.

There is absolutely no communication after they confirm order. It has been over a month since my order was placed and payment made. I have attempted communication via email, to which I receive a robo response that they will get back to me (never do) phone contact is a stumbling voicemail saying issues are resolved via email. Avoid this outfit like the plague as they apparently do not ship products and do not provide customer service.

There is no way to contact the company. No one answers the phone. The phone message refers you to email. Nobody responds to email. I purchased three kits from this company. I am just finishing the first one and short some drills. No way to get replacements. Shop with another company.

I've completed one of their kits and ordered four more. Beware: when they have a sale, they do not list a date and may not honor their sales. I ordered on a 35% off plus 50% on everything in the "store." When I placed the order, it only registered 35%. I emailed immediately to ask about it. They promise a response within 2 business days. They did not respond, even after 10 emails in as many days. Beware: the phone number they give under Customer Satisfaction gives only a message that they don't respond to calls, just emails. I've never heard from them. I got the kits, but not the full discounts. The dots seems to vary in size regularly, but otherwise is a decent quality. Not as high as other companies though.

Same experience as many others. Placed order 12/21. No email confirmation or order number. No shipment received. Stay away. Scam!

I ordered one kit March 26th 2021. After 4 weeks I sent a message to the Customer services regarding the delivery since I never got by return email a tracking number to following my shipment. Received an automatic answer regarding covid and shipping delay. I did received my order on May 7th but the package was damage at one end. Just open the package to checked the canvas quickly and was out of town for more then one month. In July, I checked my package an the drills inventory to realised that 3 bags of drills where missing and one bag of that same color bursted open in the larger plastic bag. I have send so far 5 email to the Customer services regarding this matter. Original Paint by Diamond company subcontract their Customer Services to Premier Trust Store who send only automatic answer concerning covid and shipping delay. I never received a propre answer concerning the missing drills. I salvaged the canvas by following few tutoriels on YouTube but will probably have to buy 800 drills from an other company if I wanted to complet that painting. After all it cost me 80$ for that canvas and a lot more in frustation.

I placed an order for four kits on 6/3. A few days ago, I attempted to call them to see where my order was and could not talk to anyone on the phone. So, I emailed the customer service department. Today is June 15th, and I have yet to get any kind of information/response. I wish I would've read these reviews prior to ordering. Never again!

Nice pictures but customer service SUCKS! I bought a kit that is missing a color but can not get a response from them to receive the missing colors! When I initially ordered(last yr 2020) I got the same automated covid response emails. Ok, consideration given there but.. a year later same thing!? No, it should be figured out by now!! Luckily, I did receive my order some months later to where I didn't need customer service anymore but now I have an issue that needs a solution! I guess I won't continue with them unfortunately. A for product F for customer service!

One of the diamond set is the wrong color.

Order on 15 Jan and received on 30 Jan.
Checked all the diamond packs and 1 color is wrong. Instead of 6 packs of 646, we got 6 packs of 645.
Send email on 31 Jan and send follow-up email on 7 Feb. But no response upto now. We gave up. Will not buy again from them.

I have ordered from this site a few times. I have gotten what I paid for and have been very happy. My first order came within two months, the other took a little bit longer than that but it was still an acceptable amount of wait time. I have 5 of these paintings total, two are finished, one I had started a little while ago and I have two smaller ones left after that. I may order again once I finish the pieces I have.

Worst Company EVER!!! I placed a order back in the beginning of April 2020. Never received the order. I called 3x & emailed them & all I get is a form email, sating that because of COVID- 19 there are delays. I want my money back, I have no clue how I am going to get it back, Even after I sent 4 emails & begged them to CX my order.

placed an order on 4/22/2020. Took the money right away and have not sent any products. Wont respond to e-mails or calls.

They are horrible! I placed an order 3 months ago. Still haven’t received it. And their ‘customer service’ won’t respond to calls or emails.
I can’t believe a company like this exists.

One star is the lowest I am able to give this company. I ordered my product on May 2nd and after calls, emails and a request for Paypal to step in I finally received a response - within 36 HOURS of my case closing with Paypal. I will never order from them again and I have never received such poor service that I felt the need to go public with my dissatisfaction

I would not even give them one star. Think it is 100% scam. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM

Absolutely terrible company. Ordered beginning of May and still received nothing. When I email them about my order I get the same automated response (and that’s when they bother to reply). Wish I’d read the reviews first.

Same story as everyone else on here. Ordered on April 24th, 2020. It's now June 4th. Company says business issues due to Covid-19. But then I see a ton of bad reviews from early 2019, long before the virus. It's a scam. The tracking information comes up with no information. The website offers false information regarding availability and shipping time. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Looks like I will have to file a discrepancy with my credit card company. Every other product I ordered online from other companies during this time has been delivered without issue. Order #33119
