Very responsive to customer's issue
Very responsive to customer's issue. I purchased a copy of Microsoft Office 2021 and applied the product key once I received orgkeys.com's email 30 min later. But found it not working. I sent an email and received another key within an hour and it worked. Thanks for the fast response.

Got my license key but it should not be this hard!
The key worked fine once I got it. The problem is I don't think it should have taken multiple days and multiple emails.

Poor customer service
Have not received my product and they haven't responded to multiple emails.
They finally responded, but only after I posted a bad review. Finally got my key and I was able to download and activate the product. The customer service is terrible, but the price is good.
