I’ve gone back and forth on whether to post this, but I believe honest feedback can help other women like me make more informed decisions.

First, I want to say clearly: this is not about tearing anyone down. The mentorship I joined is a well-established program with a lot of structure. They offer an extensive self-paced course platform with many video resources, as well as daily live coaching calls led by different coaches on various topics. The resources are there and you can absolutely learn if this style of coaching works for you.

That said, I want to share my personal experience, especially for those who are trying to build a spiritual, heart-led, or creative business — or for mothers like me who have specific needs and values.

If that’s you, I would not recommend this mentorship. The entire strategy is built on very masculine energy-based approaches: chasing leads, cold outreach, copying what larger accounts do, and pushing high-ticket offers as the only valid way to make money fast.

For someone like me, who values authenticity, creativity, and alignment in how I show up online, this felt incredibly wrong. One of the main teachings was to simply look at what’s working for big accounts in your niche and copy/recreate it — for example, take their hooks and reels and just reproduce them. I absolutely hated this approach. I have my own voice, my own message, and even though I am a smaller account, I want to build my business in a way that is true to me — not by copying others.

Unfortunately, the program did not leave much room for individuality. When I expressed that I wanted to promote an ebook or a lower-ticket course because this fits better with my life as a mother and with the type of business I want to build, I was pushed to do high-ticket coaching instead — even though I was clear from day one that this was not aligned with my goals. The "rules" in the program were simple:
1. You must offer high-ticket coaching because it’s the fastest way to make money.
2. You must copy what big accounts are doing and just recreate it.

This approach left me feeling frustrated and disconnected from my own business. I followed their strategies for six months, and here are the results:
👉 I made one sale.
👉 My account did not grow by even 10 followers using their recommended tactics.
👉 The cold outreach techniques — messaging anyone who liked my posts and basically chasing people — felt forced and icky to me. It drained my energy and felt totally misaligned with the kind of relationships I want to build online.

I believe this mentorship might work for women who want to build a very fast-scaling, masculine energy-driven coaching business and who are okay with using aggressive marketing strategies. But if you are a heart-centered, creative, spiritual entrepreneur — or if you are a mother who needs a more flexible, authentic way of doing business — I would advise you to think carefully before joining.

This is just my honest experience and reflection. I know we all have different paths, and this one wasn’t the right fit for me.

Spent a lot of money with this company and got pretty much zero out of it. They took me on as a client although now looking back they probably shouldn’t have because my niche was way too small and difficult to reach. I feel like they just wanted my money no matter whether their systems would work or not.

I love working with Teresa- she is always on point with her suggestions and guidance and helps my business grow. As a spiritual entrepreneur it is nice to have a mentor that understands my niche and provide guidance that is super helpful. I’m so grateful for this program to be able to learn and grow so much.

I have had the pleasure of being coached by Kate. She was incredible from day 1, fully understood my needs and gave me the best advice and content ideas. Every session throughout our 3 months coaching was different, and left me feeling inspired to do new things. Most importantly is I started getting A LOT of leads, and my following grew, which resulted in me getting many collaboration deals. Kate gave me the perfect strategy how to tackle each step of my sales target via instagram. I am forever grateful and definitely will continue the ongoing coaching!

I have had a terrible experience with having a marketing manager, paying a lot monthly and seeing no results. And once she told me - marketing isn’t for getting leads - I just fired her and decided to learn from actual pros who already do it with success!

My coach Kate was amazing - straight to the point, knows her shit - I was at 300 followers for 3 years before that, in the program I grew to over 8k - I have a very narrow niche too, so I am very happy, but mostly because I know now how to convert those followers into leads!

The course itself is very easy to understand and digest, the zoom calls are incredible with Veronica and Svetlana- I highly advise you attend those!

I took the coaching, My assigned coach was Tim who is great, I finally saw my Instagram start to grow, especially considering it had been stagnant before. Previously, I didn’t know where to find potential buyers, and now I have many leads and more new leads in a daily basis.

All the information you find on the platform is completely practical, straightforward, and simple, yet it’s incredibly comprehensive.

I’ve never seen so much practical and easy-to-apply information gathered in one place. It’s amazing. The quality of teaching, coaching, and support is exceptional, 10 out of 10.

You should keep in mind that this coaching, like any other business coaching, requires consistency and a good understanding of your own business to see results. If you’re willing to take action and learn how to track results through numbers, this is the coaching you should definitely take

My time with organic sales has been a very awesome and fruitful time thus far!

My business has almost tripled in monthly revenue with the help of the team’s extremely detailed and relentless effort. This includes the editing team, social media team, and of course my business coach Kelsey.

Kelsey has been nothing short of an incredible coach, always willing to listen and offer advice towards any decision or question I may have (a million of them btw). I myself am a coach and Kelsey has had exactly the qualities of a coach that most are looking for. Could not have had the success I’ve seen without her help!

We really liked our coach but we barely got 90 days with our coach Teresa who helped us get on the right path. She helped us get on track and paced us properly. We faced a lot of hurdles lining up appointments with the other coaches due to the time difference issues. Overall we are satisfied with the services and hope to access the platform and be a part of the community.

As someone new to social media management, I recently enrolled in the "Done for You" program, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. The advanced features I've learned have significantly boosted my views, engagement, and overall growth. The ongoing support from my coach, along with quick communication via Telegram, has made it easy to get answers to my questions. Additionally, having access to over 100 organized content ideas on Airtable and video editing resources has been incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to enhance their social media skills. The "Organic Client Blueprints" module has been a game-changer for me, providing invaluable insights on leads, reels, stories, and carousels. I particularly appreciated the tips for creating engaging reels and the detailed breakdown of story algorithms, which will undoubtedly help me refine my strategies. I'm also excited to start designing eye-catching carousels in FIGMA! The emphasis on consistency resonates with me, and I can't wait to implement these strategies to elevate my social media presence. Even though I wasn’t able to hit some goals stated at the beginning of the coaching, Courtney was amazing and really encouraging during the whole process! Consistency is key and I will keep using all the info provided to keep growing on social media!

I would love to give them 5 stars, because everyone on the team has been a pleasure to work with! We have Teresa as our coach, and she is a gem. We started with the DFY service and have had Jasmine as a wonderful, thoughtful and responsive Social Media Manager and content creator. The 4 stars is only because we haven't seen the exponential growth we were looking for. We're in a trickier K-12 educational niche and it has simple been a slower process, but if you're passionate about building your business through organic social engagement, their process is great and if you work it you will certainly see results! Our views have gotten substantially higher, we've had our first viral videos, and we finally have a "presence" where before we had posts.

Teresa has been great in helping and guiding me through the process of increasing my sales. She is super encouraging which is great but also is specific in her feedback and what I need to be doing different. The platform has been really helpful as well because there is so much info to absorb.

This program has some awesome benefits. They use a platform, SKOOL, that is basically online training for just about anything you would want to learn when it comes to building developing and growing a business. You can take classes that are live and if you miss, they are all recorded. Our experience with the coaches has been terrific. The coaches that we worked with were enthusiastic, insightful, and well organized. They helped us focus on every aspect of our online business, from our bio to the videos and promotions. They encouraged creativity, were critical when they felt that we needed to change and extremely supportive when they saw progress. If you are looking to build your business with an online base, we strongly recommend Organic Sales.

I joined the 6 month coaching program, they provide a lot of valuable insight on how to optimize your channel and use other tools to help your account grow. My reach has increased 10X over since joining. Would recommend it to anyone looking to grow their online business through instagram. They connect you a coach who is specifically suited towards your business or niche and it’s up to you from there to put the effort and work in.

Our account manager was incredibly attentive and provided invaluable support every step of the way. While I was unable to get a refund within 48 hours of signing up, I decided to make the best of it. My second coach was Kate and she was amazing! During these last couple of months working with organicsales, I've learned how to fish, and fish properly.

When I started I was struggling to get leads, I didnt have a plan for my content and I lacked structure. I've learned how to properly run my business in a way that has helped me make 15k in sales this month.
