Lacking in important areas
I can’t lie-the online ordering is the best. The system is very easy to setup.
I have been with them for almost 3 years now. I’ve gone from the restaurant version to the hookah version as I am a hookah owner. In the beginning the customer service response time was very responsive in a timely manner.
Here lately, it’s every bit of 24 plus hours to get a response if you are not paying the outrageous price that they are charging for the upgraded plan to get all the services that once came with the simple pro plan.
If you are running a day business or any kind of business and get in a jam before they decide to answer at 1-3am central time, you are fresh out of luck. That’s based on my experience in the last past year.
I’ve decided to go with their Opay/Pay Play payment that is supposed to deposit your money in 24 hours…it’s 2 days later and I’m still waiting with no response to the email and the very lacking Facebook messenger where they respond. At this point I’m getting a lil frustrated and definitely looking to go elsewhere.
