I sent an email once asking and decided not to use them . Since them they have called many times and texted just as many. All saying they are following up with my initial. Would think after 2 calls, maybe I am not interested. Wouldn't use them if I had no other choice.
I have a hard time believing the positive reviews after this horror story of an experience with this company. They tell you one thing and then do something completely different. They're very sneaky because they will present this net sheet like it's what you are going to get. Then once you sign everything changes. The list price changes which only affects you. They tell you that you're going to be updated every step of the way. Guess what! Nope. I had to send an email to see if they actually sold my house. The realtor who assisted me was just an absolute liar. As soon as I signed she disappeared and only reappeared so I could use her friends and family to complete "updates" on my house. I even emailed her to see if my house closed the day she said it did. She didn't respond until I copied the team. That's how this entire process went. As a woman, it's deeply insulting when you have to keep putting your foot down to stop those who intentionally take advantage of you. If you're in the DFW area especially, don't trust anything they say. This lady really did vanish after I signed and only reappeared when I contacted her "team". Easy money and definitely unearned money. Find a realtor who has an incentive because the one I dealt with was lazy, deceptive and sneaky.

Orchard home loans is essentially Rocket Mortgage using a different name.
Their loan costs: $13,199.
The loan costs of my trusted mortgage company for the exact same loan: $1,055.
The business model of "we will gouge you unless you have a cheaper offer somewhere else" absolutely destroys their credibility. Even they were to work out a better deal than the one I got, I wouldn't be able to trust them with the other details of the transaction.
Orchard Home Loans / Rocket Mortgage should be ashamed of themselves for trying to take advantage of people. I feel sorry for the people who use these guys and don't know they have to get other quotes in order to get a fair loan.
