Bought an item over a month ago, still hadn’t shown up. I received an email asking to review the t shirt which I still hadn’t received. I stated this in my review, to which I received a strange and vague email a few days later claiming there was a “problem encountered by the courier” and the item had been delivered back to Orbital. At no point did they attempt to contact me about this to make me aware or offer me a refund. Just decided to keep my money. They claimed in the email if I didn’t provide my information for reshipping within the next 3 weeks, my item would be “donated” and no refund provided. I quoted UK Consumer Rights statute back to them and they quickly resent the item. Very odd. Do not shop here.

Bought a t shirt but it didn’t come on time so I wanted to return it. I was expected to cover shipping which was fine the problem was that they only accept their returns in the UK. So it would’ve costed me more to ship the shirt than the money I’d get back. Now I’m left with a shirt that I will most likely never wear because it’s a size too large. I reached out to see if there was a different address in the US to send and they said no.

Scam company. Took my order, never delivered it, refused to issue a refund. Do not purchase anything from them.

I have been scammed too. Bought on 3rd march. Nothing received. Sent out a dud tracking number. Blocked me on all socials. Please dispute through bank and get your money back!! My teenage son saved up his money only to get scammed.. don’t know how they sleep at night 😡😡😡

I bought one of their windbreakers around feb. They said it would be 1-5 days it didn’t arrive and weeks went by and still nothing I even contacted them on all platforms I was then blocked on instagram and TikTok these people are scammers don’t trust them they will take ur money and give u no product. Terrible company.

Scammed me by making me pay £20 for a full set and now have my address and email. Do not buy.

Ordered on the 14th March, only spent £22, but it’s not the point- said delivery would be 1-5 days and here we are. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company at all.

Order didn’t arrive , their website is no longer running . My son ordered a tracksuit at the start of March . We have been scammed . He is blocked on every platform, I have emailed with no response .
How do we report this ? It’s disgusting they can get away with this . ITS A SCAM! Do not buy anything from these thieves !

No product arrrived!! took the money- my 13 year old son paid for it himself and nothing has turned up no one answering my emails and now the website doesnt exist!

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a tracksuit for my son and havent recieved it. I have emailed them and got no reply and ignore me on social media. These people are scamers please avoid at all costs. I will be reporting them

It’s a scam - it’s been a month and still haven’t sent my order - they don’t reply to messages and hasn’t refunded me - have reported them - Dont purchase anything from them they will not send or answer your messages. Bunch of kids who don’t know how to run a business
