Orbex is a very trustworthy broker with great experience. Their execution is lightening fast and their spread is awesome and on top of that their data is real and up-to-date. But the best feature they stand out from all the others with is their debit card which is very important to have.

Thousands of dollars were removed from my account without any valid explanation. No warning, no proper clarification — just a vague reference to “trading policy.”

My trading history was clean, yet my profits were simply deleted. Customer support only gives generic copy-paste responses and refuses to provide a clear justification.

Deposits are processed instantly, but when it comes to profits or withdrawals, things suddenly become “problematic.”

Very disappointing and highly unprofessional. Think twice before trusting this broker with your money.

After a series of successful trades, I generated a solid profit — and that’s when the problems began. The company suddenly accused me of “irregular” or “inappropriate” trading without providing any clear explanation or evidence. Based on this baseless claim, they confiscated all of my profits. Even worse, they withheld my original deposit — my own personal funds — which I had legally transferred to them. There was no transparency, no fair review process, and no legitimate justification. From my experience, this is not a trustworthy broker but a company that simply refuses to pay when clients win. Traders should be extremely cautious — in my case, Orbex did not just deny profits; they took money that rightfully belonged to me.

My experience with Orbex was unfortunately very negative. I had already been experiencing some technical issues for a while; however, the main problem occurred when funds were deducted from my account without any clear or satisfactory explanation.

In the financial sector, trust and transparency are the most essential and critical principles. Encountering such a situation was truly disappointing. I have suffered a loss in this process, and I would not want anyone else to experience the same. For this reason, I definitely do not recommend it.

After generating over $7,000 in profits, this broker deleted both my profits and my initial deposit. On top of charging extremely high commissions for every trade, they refused to refund my own capital, which crosses the line from a dispute to pure theft. Legitimate brokers may cancel profits based on terms, but confiscating a client's deposit is unacceptable—avoid this company at all costs.
