Purchased as a gift for a man who lost a step father. Your product didn't disappoint. Would consider such ornaments other times of the year. Maybe offer other seasons as well as winter themed.

Signed up for a sample shipment at a total cost of 1 dollar. 2 days later I was charged a further15.40 with no explanation whatsoever. Even after asking via the registered PayPal email.
I also have received several emails from the company with no text whatsoever just a number and hash tag in the subject line. I have had no reply to emails I have returned.As to the quality or effectiveness of the product I am unable to say just yet as I have one had it for a few days

I just shared my bad experience as I did contact to my bank and now, I had raised my dispute on last 2 transactions which I had never authorised.

Where do I start? I NEVER received my “free bottle” just pay the shipping. Then when I got billed for the next bottle when I hadn’t even received the first.
Cancelled my subscription and STILL got charged $69.95 USD. I was told my subscription was “cancelled “ on your end but “somehow” it got reactivated so the billing went through.
I NEVER received a confirmation notice, was told to go to my bank and have them suspend or change my debit card. Went to the bank and was told it was ALL on your end.
Had to close my account and open a new one. Pain in the ass and stressful.
You are NOTHING BUY A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!

I placed one order for the trial size and got additional charges
I placed one order for the trial size on January 1. Six days later my credit card was charged again for another order that I didn’t authorize! Then another six days later my card got charged again for another order. That I didn’t authorize. My initial order was placed 19 days ago. I received the first order about a week ago then I started noticing that there were additional charges on my card. I still haven’t received the other 2 that they claimed they shipped. I wrote to the company and they informed me that it’s a subscription. I didn’t know about. I contacted them again to find out about sending them back and there’s been no response.
