Poor quality product
have to agree with the other review. Portable ‘scandi flowerpot’ lamp selling at £79 is identical to £20 lamps I’ve have since researched and seen selling elsewhere. Lamp power output is very poor, and needs constant charging to be of any use at all. Cheap plastic materials too
I left an honest balanced review of this on the product page but Orangme have never published it. Will not be buying anything from here again.
Edit:reply to Orangme response. The issue at the heart of this is indeed open communication but not for the reasons you imply. For some reason that only you will know, my original review of the product (which was a balanced 3 star review) was not published on your product page. It is quite self-righteous of you to now insinuate that me not reaching out to you is somehow relevant. I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted to let people know what to expect when they part with £70. It’s a nice design but functionally it’s poor. I left this one star review because your company, by not publishing that original review, led to further mistrust. So this stands as a fair reflection of my experience dealing with your company. Ive removed the plural from title as this is the only time I’ve bought from you but if honest feedback on your products is such a concern to you then the time to reach out was when I left a review on your product page, not four months after a subsequent trustpilot review.
