They fixed what other's could not. I'd recommend Opto, not only did they do a great job on fixing my glasses but were super efficient - great communications and quick turnaround time.

Swift turnaround, quality repair
The arm of my partner’s Viktor & Rolf glasses were broken by an optician (in France) whilst attempting to replace a screw. Nobody on the High Street would repair them or could suggest somebody who could. One kind person in Boots suggested I look online and showed me the Opto site. I could not be happier with the company. Quick turnaround, high quality repair and regular updates. Highly Recommended .

OUTSTANDING!
I have a pair of Tom Ford glasses that needed a good clean and some TLC. I reached out to Opto to ask what could be done and they replied saying g id be pleased with the result. What they did was outstanding, my glasses came back like new, I can’t believe how good a job they did. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I had two pairs of glasses that were in rough shape—one with a broken hinge and the other with a bent frame. I wasn’t sure they could be salvaged, but this company absolutely delivered.
