In the case of option24 (run by rodeller ltd) they lost the licence to open new accounts for UK citizens in 2013!!!
-but said nothing about this when they opened an account for me in Jan 20.
They are a scam company in that the sums do not work in your favour at any time. For example the sale value of a commodity decreased by £20... they charged me a loss of £700.
They apply charges for not using your account even when they have locked your account to process a withdrawal and account closure (they did neither) and their operators badger you until you pay in more, by multiply repeated phone calls and emails, and make the trades that they want you to. I even had 3 trades on my account that I did not place (all were losses).
At present they were required to return the full current balance of UK accounts by the 15th June 20. However this is yet to happen. Emails do not get replied to, the live operator just claimed that it was not received and claims that no charges get made to clients, then a few lines later stated that the charges made on my account were in an agreement that I was never sent and still have no access to.
Please note that employees of 24option do create multiple positive reviews for any negative that they find.
