If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. The Wifi you receive is mediocre and expect to go through many service outages. The customer service they offer is obviously outsourced and everyone you speak to has a thick accent and is barely understandable. And don't expect any assistance if you go to the brick and mortar stores since they have approximately 0 people there that can help you with any real problems. When I went in to return the equipment, half the employees were sitting around watching the Minions movie. Ridiculous. The customer service you do receive is garbage and the people are never helpful. I was only with Optimum for 4 months and had to call around 10 times, every single time I ended the call unhappy and frustrated. They lie to your face about promotions and when you call to dispute, they claim there's nothing that can be done because of some tiny little clause that you were never told about. I called to cancel in December 2025, and when they said I could get 2 months free if I held on for a bit longer, I (stupidly) agreed. I only got 1 month. I cancelled before I got billed in January, but because I cancelled before the billing cycle, they couldn't apply my 2nd month free. But, if I cancelled after the billing cycle I would get back-charged for the days I continued to use the services. Make that make sense. This company is full of scammers and will waste your time and money. Save yourself and find somewhere else.
