Interview
Had an interview with a lady called Jaime. She came across to be very professional and courteous. I could notice it was a busy area she was working in and usually interviewers try and rush through the process. My interview was done at a steady pass and I enjoyed speaking to her. I felt I was treated as a person and not a number. Afterwards, Jaime helped me with submitting the correct documents until it was all complete.
