I am a software developer at NetCo Group and have been using the Optimajet Workflow Engine as a NuGet library for about three months now. My experience has been positive so far. I could do the initial setup folloowing the instructions provided on their website. During the implementation of my workflows, I reached out to the Optimajet support team several times, and they were always responsive, providing clear and helpful answers to my questions.

A crucial feature for us was the ability to integrate the engine directly into our application and manage processes from our backend code. This worked fine and provided the flexibility we needed. Additionally, the reusability of actions across different workflows proved to be a significant advantage.

We also used the workflow designer to define workflow schemas. While the designer may not include every feature out of the box, I've found it to be easily extensible, allowing for custom functionality to be added in a short period of time.

In the end, I was able to successfully create and run multiple workflows. Overall, I’m satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend Optimajet Workflow Engine if you are looking for a workflow automation solution.

Vector, your presales engineer, is a great presenter. He was focused and clear about each and every topic on the solution.
All my questions were answered, great questions were being asked before and during the presentation to utilize the time for getting much benefit.

We have been using workflow engine since 2017. It a comprehensive solution for workflow management, easy to implementation info existing business processes, user-friendly interface which simplifies the implementation process even for the most complex workflows. Above all provided support from OptimaJet was on high level. End customer is very satisfy with final solution, because they can by they own easy change or create new processes. Looking forward for new features planned in roadmap.

Usage of DWKit for low code forms and workflow. Product was very reliable and intuitive for building form application quickly ad attaching to a workflow. building form was very easy with many element options of the form from Grids to Drop Downs and validations. Integrating with existing application was very easy. Documentation was very thorough, and support was helpful. very robust product from simple forms and workflows to complex ones.

OptimaJet provides a robust and versatile software product and backs it up with excellent support. Adding the workflow engine has been a tremendous value to our company. The workflow engine capabilities OptimaJet delivers have been exactly what our customers need.

We have used workflow server for more than 3 years now. It is robust and get the job done. Designing workflow is easy to use and interface is user friendly.

We have been using the Workflow Engine since the last 3 years. We were looking for a product that we could integrate into a custom ASP.net solution we were building for a customer. We were quickly able to integrate the Optimajet Engine into our code and this allowed our team to focus on the business functionality instead of a workflow infrastructure. We found the documentation and sample code very helpful and the team was able to come up to speed quickly. The custome likes the workflow engine since we can re-configure the workflow as their business process changes. The various integration points will allow us to also meet any future customer needs.
