I stopped using cable
I stopped using cable, including Direct TV, years ago. Since then, I have tried several different streaming services, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. What sets this particular service apart from the rest is their willingness and eagerness to help resolve issues. I have never gone without assistance whenever I've needed it. It's a comforting feeling when you're paying for a service. I also appreciate how they helped me streamline my options based on what works best for my area and my taste in programming. By far, this has been the best streaming service I’ve encountered. Thank you, guys!

Great Customer Service
I have been subscribed to Optic TV for 3 months and just renewed for another 3 months. The service has been great overall. Every time I reach out with a question or assistance, they respond quickly. This is one of the main reasons why I renewed my subscription. Their customer service is awesome!!

These guys are amazing. I’m not green at this at all. Had a problem and couldn’t figure it out , no where close. Dealt with it for 2 days. The customer service stayed with me until the problem was resolved. Can’t ask for a better service team than that. Thank you guys so much for not pushing this situation to the side. Overall this company provides excellent customer service. The service itself is sometimes problematic but that is not the company’s fault. Stuff happens that are sometimes beyond human control. I’m glad I found them. The subscriptions are affordable.

Best iptv out there! Tons of channels, movies & series... the best part is that the mayority of channels are FHD or HD and no lagging, I just got my 1 year subscription and prices are very afordable...ah! they also got spanish channels, ppv, tons of sports and enterteiment. I totally recommended!

Optictv. Is the best IPTV provider that I have dealt with in the five years of trying different options...teamed up with the new version of tivimate.I have had no problems with buffering. Or any broken links. I highly recommend this service.
And 8 don't usually do reviews. If you're looking for a great provider to cut the cord... This is the one.And customer service is great. Eastern time. Usually after 5am. You won't be disappointed.
