My power puff came very quickly the quality of the product is good l love it.

Very disappointed with the customer service. Ordered a product for £9.99. Paid an extra £7 to have it shipped to Ireland. After a couple of days I received notification of a further bill for £7 from customs. I would have presumed given the delivery was so expensive that any customs charges would have been included in the price, as the website did not advise of any customs charges. I am not willing to pay £24 for a product advertised for £10. Have tried contacting opretty in relation to this issue but received no response. I am now waiting on a refund as no product has been received but they are not responding to my e mails. Would not recommend this website. Complete scammers

I have bought products for years And I've never been disappointed Products are of a high standard Customer service is spot on I highly recommend these products you will not be disappointed

Love it! Feels lovely in skin

I was sucked in by Instagram! I did my right eye and not my left for comparison. The right eye looked wrinklier! I used eye cream, primer etc. terrible waste of money, WHEN will I learn? The puffection powder puff

My favorite brand EVER!! My skin is flawless the skincare range is just incredible and smells devine.
The tan is gorgeous and smells amazing, applies effortlessly with a lovely developed colour!
Natalie is incredible with a heart of gold, she works so hard in providing such amazing customer service, tutorials, top tips and amazing products created herself!
Top quality and pure luxury.

Natalie is a lovely down to earth very professional business woman, she is very knowledgeable about all her products and just wants everyone to feel fabulous when using them. The website is user friendly, products are easy to order, parcels can be tracked, they have always been delivered on time, beautifully packaged and the products just feel fabulous on your skin.

I have a lot of texture on my skin, large pores and ice pick scars from my acne. So a lot of powders tend to make them more pronounced and looks cakey. This puff is life changing, it smooths out the texture on my skin and my pores do not look pronounced either. It almost gives a blurring effect on the skin. I would highly recommend this to anyone for a flawless finish to makeup and can improve your confidence. I will be purchasing again!!!

I cannot recommend opretty enough, great family business, amazing products at great prices that really work! Natalie takes the time out to explain the benefits of each product and to what skin type they are best suited about the various shades ingredients etc. the packaging is beautiful with a personal thankyou card and chocolate. This Is my third purchase from Opretty and the Speitz & Glow is amazing covers in a natural tan and doesn't streak , I use the tanning mit to blend and it looks perfect.
This time I also brought the face hydration mist and only used it a few times but it feels lovely on the skin and gives you a fresh look .
The products always come so nicely packed , with a little chocolate inside truly sent with love and pride that she has for her products . Will be ordering again and trying other things, but always the Spritz & Glow .

I recently bought the skin care bundle and have been using it for about a week now. All of the products are amazing and I can honestly see a difference in my skin already! Fine lines are less visible, my skin is less blotchy and a nice even tone, it's silky soft and just looks brighter and more hydrated and healthy. I have sensitive skin too and none of this skin care has irritated it. Please never discontinue these products, i couldnt be without them now.... I love them !! Also, Nat and her family are lovely and so funny to watch on the lives. It gives the business a real personal touch and the customer service is above and beyond expectation.

Got spray setting mist for face absolutely brilliant my skin loves it highly recommend this product keeps makeup in place all day & ngt packed with great ingredients I definitely be getting more 🥰
