Very poor service, the gift box did not arrive on time (a week late) after a number of emails an offer to look into the delay was given, but no reply to emails regarding any compensation or discount or an apology for the delayed gift to the purchaser or recipient. The offer of Black Friday discount was not given either, just an excuse as to why my order was late, as I ordered it on black Friday, No warning that the date to receive the gift may not be able to be kept to. NO ice cream delivery when the gift arrived, just a card to order ice cream in the future. Very disappointing. I will not be ordering again or recommending others do. Such a shame all the best for your future, please work on better customer service, it left our sour taste for us.

I can’t recommend this ice cream enough. Absolutely delicious Ice Cream, across all flavours, and lie calorie. I’ve no idea how you do it but keep on doing it. I ordered online and it all arrived well wrapped frozen.

Amazing low calorie ice cream - love the flavours, especially cinnamon crunch - it’s divine! There is no artificial supersweet taste, from which some other low calorie ice creams suffer. Very straight forward ordering process, clear & friendly communication throughout. Will definitely order more (of the cinnamon crunch and and and...)

I was delighted to discover that Oppo ice cream was available for delivery and even more delighted to find there was a larger range of flavours compared to those available in supermarkets.
New orders should note that deliveries are only sent out on set days currently which was not a problem for me. The ice cream arrived packaged in dense wool insulation with dry ice packs to provide the cold. I am embarrassed to admit that I accidentally left one tub in the opened box for the better part of the day but it was still solid once my mistake was discovered!
Why order online? Apart from convenience and greater choice, all of the tubs I ordered are less that four hundred calories a tub AND taste sublime.
Yes, my favourite is still chocolate and hazelnut but there are many fine flavours to try out which is why I bought a large selection.
A more concise review which would give all the information a prospective purchaser would need is this; there is no better review I can give other than to say that I am delighted to recommend this company and it's products and I WILL be ordering from them again, regularly.

Delicious ice cream and convenient delivery

Pretty disappointed if I'm honest, I purchased a big order (for myself) to find I had a flavour not on the sheet not did I order it some cinnamon creation, the flavours I did order were quite a let down to me, with competition such a B&J's and Häagen-Dazs which fill there tubs with textures and "bits" (like cookie dough, chocolate shapes, meringue etc) to find nothing int he rubs I ordered was quite disappointing, to spend out on frivolous things like ice cream is a big deal I don't have money to throw about on things like this but thought it's lockdown 2.0 I'll get something to keep the spirits up........... Will not be buying again not recommending to anyone.

Absolutely love Oppo ice cream. Pure indulgence yet calorifically virtuous without losing flavour.
I ordered online for the first time as I am unable to buy all the flavour choices in my local stores.
The service was excellent and I received 2 extra tubs which I am hoping was a lovely surprise rather than an error.
Simply the Zest is my new favourite but I would love to have the Mint Choc Swirl back please.
The Cinnamon crunch is great with apple crumble and adds a festive touch.
I will definitely buy direct again once I have freezer space !

Unfortunately on this occasion I have to score a one as I never received my order and had difficulties reaching their office via email and phone and messenger. Not had this issue on two previous orders. Was disappointed but I guess the delivery company let them down. However I did manage to reach someone on Saturday 3 days later and very sorry. I asked for a refund and was issued immediately.
The product in general is amazing I was so looking forward to trying the new flavours but was not meant to be!

Arrived frozen. I have tried the chocolate brownie. Had to eat second tub in the interest of science. It is good.

So happy to have better options for "low-calorie" ice cream. Definitely one of the best ones I've tried very creamy and rich compared to the other "low-calorie" ice cream brands I've tried <3 Can't wait to try all the other flavours

Everyone in house enjoyed very much. Lower calories and nice taste, delivery was quick and very well packaged. Only a bit disappointed when I want to reorder, 3 our favourite flavours were out of stock. And needs to order 6 tubs to have free delivery. So I give up. Didn’t order again.
