It is a great company for surveys and the voucher are sent straight away

Not complicated ...easy to use and get rewarded...all good yy

There's not as many surveys available so you won't really make any money of it

I really injoy surveys with you guys I get to say how I feel and voice my opinions all ya need is a little free time on your hands 😊 and also great penny's vochers I shop every week go on give it a try 😊

Interesting surveys

Very enjoyable to complete surveys and I'm learning alot about different topics.

I have not received any survey email for nearly a month so I asked them what happened to my account, at first they said it depends on my profile and it is usual not to receive any survey email when my profile is not suitable for the ongoing surveys.

I asked them to check again and then John Lawrence (name of that unreasonable and clueless staff) said

"The protection of our members' data and information is extremely important to us, which is why we had no choice but to permanently suspend your account."

I totally don't know what they are talking about. How do I endanger the members' data and information and why I am suddenly suspended permanently? Is it because there are 10 euro still in my account so you disgracefully suspend me?

What a disgraceful company.

(Update. I sendt them an email and i got my cashpoints) Honestly, this is BAD.

They have partnered up with Norwegian Airlines so we can earn cashpoints.

Yesterday after months waiting to be able to take a survey i took the change. It was 20 minutes and 9 cashpoint. At the end it send "please press finish to register", and so i did.

Then i went back to my profile and.... NO surveys taken og ZERO cashpoints.

Not sure who is running this operation, but they sure have given me the impression of a scam then the amazing airline Norwegian. Norwegian should be ashamed that they partnered up with theese guys.

Don’t waste your time.When I tried to get my rewards for my points I didn’t get anything.I tried to contact about my problem many times, but all I got was ignoring .

I was trying to claim an Amazon gift card then it started saying that I need to verify my account and when I did it locked me out

The website is a scam, I’ve completed many surveys and ready to claim prize. They accused my account activity is suspicious and not giving anything. A lot of users have complained this already through different review websites.

This is Probably one if the better survey sites. It does take a while before you get surveys. The rewards always work in tesco for me with no issues. You don't earn much but I enjoy doing the surveys . If there is ever a technical error or you have spent alot of time on a survey they will credit you the points and there customer service is quick. All in all I have had a good experience. It does get annoying sometimes when they don't allow you to take surveys.

Could not get the application to work with PayPal (this was Opinionworld's I terface not working properly) and never got paid.

I tried to redeem my rewards and was told my account has been terminated, I tried to log in to my account and they had disabled it. Customer service is of no help. Waste of time

It's a scam. They allow you to keep completing surveys until you want to redeem a reward, then terminate your account and claim their terms and conditions state they can do so for "no reason".

I've had a similar experience to many reviewers, I completed a lot of surveys over a long period of time, then tried to redeem a reward and had my account terminated for no reason. Customer service guide me to their terms and conditions which quote "Either party may terminate your membership with a Panel at any time, with or without cause, for any reason or for no reason, and without liability for the termination".
Total scam.
