Son unos estafadores. Hace años que cuando completo una encuesta no me suman lo obtenido a mi saldo. Les escribes y no contesta nadie. Sin embargo las encuestas siguen llegando. Una empresa de ladrones. Ni una encuesta más. Hay muchas otras empresas de encuestas y estudios de mercado remunerados serias y confiables. Esta es la excepción.

I was invited (in Brazil) to a discussion related to a company of chiclets, and this study was promoted by Metrix and Opinion Bar. I feel scammed, me and all people who joined this study. They received our responses and before the study sent a amazon gift card from USA, I requested the change, cause we can't spent in Brazil, a part they promised 25 dollars in panelist account. Scammers, totally scammers! Now they don't give a solution.

I've been registered for about 10 years and up until about 3 years ago they were good and would pay out. Nowadays, they give you a mini-survey and then say you are not qualified for the main survey virtually every time i.e a trick to get you to answer questions without paying you. On the rare occasions you do get to the main survey it will sometimes crash out at the end and tell you you weren't qualified even though you've spent 20 min on it. Customer service are worse than useless and just send a standard reply. They even have the cheek to tell you that companies are making multi-billion dollar decisions based on your answers!

A scam marketing agency that does not pay out. Emails bounce back, a support address that logs and closes calls without responding. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t even waste your time doing them. I’m on £40 and cannot cash out as their reward system says being updated but not changed for months. They don’t have the courtesy to reply to emails either. Surveys still keep coming though so obviously pocketing it all themselves.

I was leery of the online discussion which I was invited to and so I came first to Trustpilot. After reading of the negative experiences so many others have had, I will mark the email invitation as spam.

Seit Wochen versuche ich mein Guthaben einzulösen. Es geht nicht. Auf meine zahlreichen Anfragen bekomme ich keine Antwort oder eine Antwort in englischer Sprache, die ich nicht lesen kann.

If I could have left less than a one-star, I would have. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau about Opinionbar.com. That ridiculous message, for weeks now, when I try to cash in my rewards:
"We are currently updating our reward options. Please check back in a few days."
I have been checking back for weeks, and no response...other than to ask me if I was satisfied with their Customer Service...absurd.

They won't respond I can tell you that theirs no rewards displayed on my dashboard says try back in a few days its been months still nothing im quiting this nonsense.

Ik heb al heel wat jaren enquêtes ingevuld via OpnionBar en tot voor ongeveer 2 jaar geleden ging dit ook helemaal prima. Ik ontving een uitnodiging voor een enquête, vulde die probleemloos in, kreeg saldo en kon dat gewoon (op)sparen of op mijn bankrekening laten storten. Maar de laatste 2 jaar is het één grote ramp. Enquêtes waar je op klikt die er niet zijn, vastlopen, opeens niet meer beschikbaar zijn enz enz. Maar het ergste van alles is dat ze gewoon mijn opgespaarde tegoed van ruim 195 euro gewoon verwijderd/gestolen hebben!!!!!!! Ik heb op meerdere momenten hier mailtjes over gestuurd maar krijg tot op heden gewoon geen enkele reactie behalve 1 keer zo’n standaard verhaaltje dat er voor nu geen geschikte enquêtes voor mij zijn en dat ik moet wachten tot dit wel het geval is. Echt een poepverhaal gewoon!!!!! Vervolgens wederom meerdere mails gestuurd maar kreeg hier totaal geen reactie meer op.
Wat een puinzooi is dit geworden en zeer onbetrouwbare site/organisatie is dit!!!
Ik zou het iedereen afraden om hier een account aan te maken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ho guadagnato 10 euro in 5 anni. Ho pensato ordinare un premio ma i premi sono spariti! State lontano da questi truffatori.

Auch ich habe am 6. Januar 22 eine Onlinestudie von über einer Stunde mitgemacht und bis heute meinen 20 Euro Amazongutschein nicht erhalten. Auf Mails wird nicht reagiert, das ist schon eine Frechheit sondergleichen. Ich habe mich jetzt dort abgemeldet. Kann nur davon abraten, das sind kriminelle Machenschaften.

Man kann es nur noch mit Humor nehmen. Schade eigentlich.
Wie ich hier bei den Bewertungen gelesen habe, bin ich nicht der erste, der nach einer 1-stündigen Onlinesitzung den versprochenen 20.00 € Gutschein von Amazon nicht bekommen habe. Auch nicht der erste, der sich die Finger wund geschrieben hat. Ich habe es mit der E-Mail-Adresse von der Umfrage Einladung versucht, mehrmals, aber nichts passierte. Die Teilnahme bekam ich über ein Partnerpanel von opinionBar. Ich weiss leider nicht mehr über welches Partnerpanel. Ich bin, wie viele andere auch, bei mehreren Paneelen angemeldet. Ich habe dann gegoogelt und die Anmeldeseite von opinionBar gefunden und mich direkt beim opinionBar Panel angemeldet. Konto eingerichtet und den support über das Kontaktformular angeschrieben. Auch mehrfach, weil da auch nichts passierte. Ich habe noch nicht einmal eine Begrüßungs E-Mail bekommen, nachdem ich mich beim Panel angemeldet habe. Auch nach ca. 6 Wochen keine Einladung zu einer Umfrage erhalten. Und auf der Seite steht immer nur, keine Umfragen für dieses Profil. Vielleicht bringt die negative Bewertung was. Vielleicht reagiert der support endlich. Wenn nicht, dann werde ich den Mutterkonzern „MetrixLab“ anschreiben. Dort Arbeiten welche, die vorher bei „Kantar, Millward Brown & der GfK“ waren. Die müssten ja ein bisschen professioneller sein. Aber vielleicht ist es den niederländischen Mutterkonzern ja auch egal.

I am extremely annoyed that I haven't yet received my £20 Amazon voucher for a recent online discussion I participated in. Like another reviewer, on
13th December 2021 I took part in the discussion on Vaginal Health. I was supposed to get £20 Amazon voucher as compensation for my time and efforts. I have emailed Louise twice and used the opinion bar contact and have received ZERO responses. I would like the voucher to be actioned promptly and I await your response otherwise I will have to take this further.

I took part in an ice cream discussion on the 14th December last year. The payment was to be a £20 amazon voucher for my time and effort and sent within 1-2 weeks. It's been a month and I've never been paid. I've emailed this company twice and had no response.
Please do not waste your time they do not pay up!

On 13th December I took part in 1 hours discussion for Vaginal Health. I was supposed to get £20 Amazon voucher. I wrote a couple of times to Louise who was the contact person from Opinion bar, but no response or voucher so far. It has been more than a month. So don't waste your Time.

Update 07.02.22:
Das schlägt nun dem Fass den Boden aus! Gerade Einladung zu WIEDER Opinionbar-Chat (via trendsetter.de-Panel) für angeblich 20-Euro-Amazon-Gutschein erhalten! Hab grad zurückgemailt, dass Opiononbar erstmal die Gutscheine für den Chat vom 07. Dezember 21 verschicken soll.

Stay away from this scamming panel!!
Below I ll let you know exactly what I experienced:
On December 7, 2021, I took part in a 2-hour long LIVE panel chat/discussion by "opinionbar.de". I was to receive a 20 Euro Amazon giftcard within 2 weeks it said afterwards. However, until today, January 8, 2022, I have received nothing! I got scammed for 20 Euros by opinionbar!
I sent 2 emails to their address "discussion opinionbar.com in December reminding them to send me the giftcard for my successful 2-hour participation, but got no answer!
Then I today sent an email to helpdesk at opinionbar.com in English enquiring about the since December 2021 missing 20 Euro Amazon giftcard to their address and got the following RIDICULOUS weird answer below:
