My dogs love these natural treats. So good to see a small start up doing so well too. These are seriously the only treats they really want. Have been using these products for some time. Would like to see the neeps and tatties back.

I love this company … customer service is 5 stars and delivery is really good and the best part is that my dog loves their treats especially the liver snaps .. I’ve tried many many brands but none have come near to how he loves these .. thank you .

Our recent trip to Skye tracing my Viking heritage gave an opportunity to introduce our 4 legged companion to Opies , the haggis neeps and tatties went down exceptionally well, back home and 2 orders later .. let’s say one very happy dog . Customer service excellent along with the products so thank you Opies.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this small, independent business. The unit is not massive yet they have cleverly utilised their space to offer a plethora of products for our 4-legged friends. Our Tia is particularly fond on their own branded treats, carefully devised and produced by Dom to offer healthy, natural and tasty products. We are particularly impressed that such a small business offers online mail order and we are extremely grateful for the service. Do bear in mind that they are at the mercy of the transport company for delivery turnaround. When your box arrives, you will see the love and care put into fulfilling your order. Highly trustworthy, friendly comms and professional team at Opies, makes them stand out from the rest.

As someone who had my own small business, I would like to remind others to always address any small issue directly with the business before going down the keyboard warrior route. They rely on our feedback giving a true and fair reflection of your customer journey.

Opies, is just amazing the staff are always amazing & helpful I visit here every fortnight and I’ve never been unhappy always go above and beyond for my four legged best friend. If they don’t have it they know when it will be in so you ain’t left in limbo. Big up to Dom and her team!!

If I could give a minus star I would.Wasn't impressed with this company. Customer service terrible.
I ordered a dog bowl with a lick mat surface..1st class post attracted me as the bowl was expensive and over £3 postage fee on top,but I had been looking for something like this for a while.
I kept looking at the tracking and two days later I could see it hadn't even been sent out.After emailing them three times I phone them.and was told the bowl was out of date and no idea when they would have more.I was asked if I wanted a "wee"refund what ever that meant and I said no leave it for now,thinking I would give it a week as I hadn't been able to sorce a bowl like this anywhere else.The next day I got an email saying my order had been cancelled!!!!.So thanks alot Opies...I shall not bother ordering from you again.

What a great place for dog treats etc excellent service and my dog just loves the stuff we also have a local dog walker that sells the stuff and our dog got the advent callender and it was full of treats so well worth the money.
Would definitely be using Opie's again

Liver Snaps are a must have treat. These are my dogs favourite of all time. As soon as the box arrives the nose is all over the box and the tail wagging...just brilliant to see. Not only are they an amazing treat but all natural ingredients too. Thanks Opie, will definitely be back.

Opies delivery service is great, my dog loves opies kibble

Placed order online but unfortunately items I wanted were out of stock. Got a phonecall from Opie advising me of this and suggesting alternatives which were equally acceptable and I was impressed that they had taken the time to contact me. A couple of things which could be improved on would be the time it takes to receive an order after placing it and also, maybe, choice of packaging as my order came in a box which was huge compared to the contents. Overall I am very satisfied with the customer service and the products are fantastic (or so my dog says!).

Visited your shop and was given loads of sample kibble bags to try. My dog liked them all - but particularly the fish one. I wasn’t so keen on fishy breath so ordered Italian Buffalo as a subscription. ( that dog does not rule!) Everything was easy to set up on line and delivered on time. She’s loving it!

My GSD has tummy troubles and since changing him to Raw from Opies he has been brilliant. Managed to put on a little weight and his coat is lovely and glossy!

I have been buying liver treats from Opies Emporium for some years, and my dogs love them. Orders are dealt with and delivered speedily. A recent order was very late arriving, due to Royal Mail. I can not fault Dom who dealt with my query. He even offered to replace the parcel, but it finally arrived 10 days after dispatch. What a lovely company to deal with. Highly recommended.

Orders are sent out and delivered really quickly, and my dog (and his friend!) love the treats and food. It’s always really nicely packaged.
